I’ve been eating peameal bacon sandwiches here forever! (i’m a dinosaur btw) They always taste the same which is an excellent trait. At $8.50 a pop and I share cuz i’m nice leaves more room to eat more yummy things. They’re efficient and quick here so don’t leave St.Lawrence Mkt without eating those beautiful sandwiches.

Let me start off by saying I don’t leave reviews but I had to make an exception. I literally had the absolute worst breakfast of my entire life. There was so seasoning what’s so ever. The steak looked like it was boiled and let me tell you it tasted even worse. I ended up throwing the food out. If you’re thinking about getting breakfast from here don’t. It was a complete waste of money.

Had a small poutine and bottle of water for $9.50. Tasted amazing. Crisp, hot fries with a rich gravy and a mound of fresh white cheese curds. I'm not a poutine connoisseur, but this was the best i ever had. Strongly recommended.

Rain or shine I go to Paddingtons every Saturday morning. I'm there for when they open. I know and love the owners Effie and Billie. I've been going to the Market for many years. My favorite server is Mickey. She is amazing and attentive. The food NEVER disappoints. I appreciate everything. Paddingtons makes every Saturday morning special. Great food and service in this busy place. The only fault I could find was that 15% was added to the bill when I paid. We were 5 adults and a baby. This seemed like a low count to automatically add a gratuity.

Stopped in Tuesday around 12:30 pm for lunch. We had just been seated and handed menus. We asked for coffee/hot chocolate first while we looked at lunch menu, and our server (older woman) said she wouldn’t serve drinks if we weren’t ordering food said rudely. We left immediately. Disappointing visit.

They do a really good poutine. Fries are usually well done so they don't get soggy from the gravy, and the cheese curds are nice and squeaky.
