Came here when I was craving pho but our planned restaurant wasn't open for lunch. Had the boat noodles with beef and a green Thai iced tea, this hit the spot! The noodles tasted like if pho got amped up with a stronger flavour and some spice. We weren't sure what to expect with the green Thai iced tea, but that was tasty too! It starts off tasting a little medicinal IMO but it grew on me with a star anise-y and perhaps floral-y flavour.

The boat noodles were very savoury, portion size was good and had a lot of meat. However, tip amounts are all set very high, with the lowest being 17%... this shouldn't be normal practice. You can change it but obviously its not ideal nor uncomfortable, even though tips are supposed to be optional. Overall good experience otherwise.

Paddler Thai Boat noodles is a must-visit in Toronto. The Pad See Ew and signature Boat Noodles were both packed with authentic flavor, and the portions are generous enough to share. Service was quick, attentive, and highly satisfying. I will definitely be returning!
