We went on Saturday night 21:00 and waited 45 minutes. The restaurant was very busy but all the waiter, waitress were very friendly, the food just tasted perfect. Will want to visit again. Oh and I love my pineapple shake.

I ordered the vegan version of a dish because I have a shrimp allergy, but I still had a fairly severe allergic reaction to it. If it was truly vegan, there would not have been shrimp. I even told the waiter directly about my allergy, so the kitchen was aware, and it still happened.
If you don’t have allergies, I did think the food was very good pre-reaction, but know that the kitchen doesn’t seem to care about food safety if this is happening.

I recently visited PAI and the food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of authentic Northern Thai flavours.
A special shout-out to *Jun* if you’re lucky enough to be served by her, you’ll have such a pleasant experience. She is very kind, friendly, and such a great guide through the menu. If I go back, I’d definitely love to see her again and benefit from her wonderful recommendations.
We had the Chiang Mai Beef Noodle Soup, Khao Pad Baan Nok (Thai Fried Rice), Veggie Spring Rolls, and Sticky Rice in Banana Leaf. Everything was perfectly cooked and flavourful. Highly recommended!

Hugely popular Thai restaurant so we had to try it out. It’s best to go a bit in advance to get in a digital queue. The food was refined, tasty and plenty. Price quality a good deal. The staff was friendly and shared some tips on what to eat and drink.

I'm a dedicated devotee.
The taste is authentic, one of the best Thai restaurants I've tasted both in or outside Thailand. My favourite is the Tom Yum soup (very condense taste), mango slaw (sweet, sour and spicy all in one and very fresh), and pad thai (nice wok hei!). A bit thirsty after eating but I'd like to come back and try the ground pork rice and green curry. They are very thoughtful to serve tom yum with rice (normally it's just a soup, but I guess they try to accommodate western people expectation. Service is excellent, too! They were so packed even it was 3:30pm!

Phenomenal food. We came in with a big rowdy group and our server Irvine was super nice/professional and got us in and out to see the Jays game. Seriously the best Thai food I’ve ever had.

Some of the best Thai food I've had in years. All the ingredients tasted fresh and like it was made to all go together nothing overpowered anything else. Compliments to the chef and kitchen amazing food and the vibe was on point, great for date night, celebrations, or even a birthday
