Came for the Winterlicious lunch. Appetizer was fine. Fried rice was actually great.
The Pad Thai was extremely sour, even more sour than tom yum, and it didn’t taste right. When I mentioned it, the server replied “you should’ve told me earlier” in a cold tone. She was friendly and chatty with other tables, but noticeably dismissive with us. Dessert was also disappointing. The coconut jelly was weirdly hard, like too much gelatin.
We also waited over 10 minutes just to pay. She did remove the Pad Thai, but the attitude and service were not it.
P.S. The male server wearing a Banff shirt was very polite and helpful.

Lively atmosphere with good Thai food. We enjoyed the time and meal. We tried Winterlicious meals and wrap for share. It's great time for family gathering.

Michelin recommended and for good reason, some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had, although I can’t say for sure since I’ve never been, but did taste very authentic, well seasoned, well spiced, incredible flavours.
I’m gonna butcher all the names, but I’m gonna attempt to tell you what we had, because it was all excellent.
We had the khao soi, the noodle dish and curry with braised beef, incredibly rich flavor, and a very hot item from what we were told, definitely a must try.
I wanted something where I can adjust the spiciness to maximum, so I got the white rice with fried pork, kad kra pow maybe?! Anyway and I told him not to hold back, and though it was spicy, I do feel like the held back lol
They gave me house made chilli oil and it was actually fantastic and even their soy sauce was high quality.
We also got soy sauce based noodles and their fried fish, both incredible dishes, the fish was very flaky and soft on the inside and fried on the outside in proper fashion.
Really dialed and kind staff and nice to talk too, it was just super busy so it was hectic.
No surprise, though absolutely legendary spot and it earned that Michelin recommendation!

THANK YOU SO MUCH to the manager Sam and all the staff at PAI! We were running extremely very very late to our reservation and the manager here took care of everything personally, I have never had this level of excellence at any other restaurant before. We are so grateful, because of the staff we ended the night full of amazing food (mango sticky rice and pad see ew are crazy delicious) and very very happy! Thank you again!!!! From two girls screaming their order in à car!

Loved the Khao Soi and the Thai fried rice with Beef. Pad Thai and dessert (mango with sticky rice and pandan cake) were ok. Laid-back atmosphere
