We ordered the Northern Thai platter for appetizers. It was delicious. We went on to order more of the Moong Ping skewers as they were my favourite. It was my birthday dinner. The Pad See Ew, Thai fried rice and the Khao Soi was very tasty. I would recommend Pai Uptown location to anyone who's a Thai food foodie. The server was very unenthusiastic. She didn't even ask whether we wanted the bill before she went off shift, let alone let us know that she was. We had to flag down another server and ask for the bill. That was the only blip. We enjoyed the whole experience at Pai.

Food was beautifully presented and each dish was delicious (we were group of 6 and had 6 dishes, plus rice. Definitely purely going back!!

PAI hit us with flavor like it had a personal vendetta. The Chicken Satay was so good I considered negotiating for extra skewers. The Chicken Wings came in crispy-confidence mode. The Thai Fried Rice tasted like it paid rent and contributed to the household. But the real plot twist? The Virgin Strawberry Mojito. My wife inhaled two like they were disappearing from Earth at midnight. Honestly, can't blame her — that drink is dangerously lovable. Every dish? Spice on point, taste on point, zero misses. If this place had a bad item, we definitely didn't meet it.

This is NOT even close to a Thai restaurant! It is simply a wannabe Thai restaurant whose food is not even close to what you experience in even average Thai restaurants. We ordered, among other things, classic dishes such as, Pad Thai, Massaman curry, chicken skewers, vegetarian noodle dish with tofu, and others. The curry was too salty with not so good looking cut chicken pieces, runny curry sauce, and dry jasmine rice. The Pad Thai did not even look like one. No coriander, no lime on the side, tasteless, and barely a bit of crushed peanuts plus a heap of no sense thinly sliced cabbage occupying almost half the plate. To top it off, we wanted to order at the end some desserts (there are only two choices and the rest are sorbets), and were told that they were out of the only two options, pandan cake and mango sticky rice(it was about 9:30 pm). The very nice waitress then tried to sell us about a sorbet, but we were not up for it. Not sure about all the hype and Michelin recognitions, but I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Go somewhere else for good Thai food in Toronto.

We went for a late lunch on a Wednesday. The main lunch rush was over, so it was less busy. The food was excellent. The service was very attentive and we were able to linger. We had never been to this location of the restaurant, only the downtown location but we will return.

Excellent experience at Pai. The food selection and quality were amazing and the service was friendly. I would highly recommend.

The food was good, but not better than any other good Thai restaurant. Price, however, was a bit steep. The restaurant came highly recommended, so I was a bit disappointed.

Truly a chic venue that gives you the comfort atmosphere to stay for a long while. Kinna easy to miss the entrance from the street but very spacious inside with 2 floors. Half of the tables at the restaurant were filled for a Monday night! Friendly staff and great Thai food. Appreciate that the Pad Thai is just right - tasty and not overly wet.

The food was top class. Our waiter arian was very prompt in ensuring we were received on time right from serving us water till desserts.

Food is excellent, but the service is sub standard and noise level on a Saturday night was excessive. Not sure why you feel the need to have a dj at a restaurant. When booking, I specifically asked for a quieter table ( knowing the restaurant is always loud), but we were sat at a table for 4 directly under a speaker and not far from dj. Obviously my request was not noted.

A lot of people recommended this restaurant downtown so when I saw there was one closer midtown, I was super happy. It was awesome. good vibe, great food.

The food was so good but our server was not attentive. I know it was busy but she rarely came over to us. Had a great time regardless and food was amazing as usual
