I almost didn't find the place, but it's on the second floor. You need to pay attention for a door that has the "Pai" sign above it.The food was excellent! It exceeded my expectations and I didn't regret any of my choices. Although a little pricey, it's definitely worth it!The skewers were nicely seasoned but it was also accompanied by a sauce that tastes like red curry. I ordered the pad see ew with shrimp and chicken and it was better than any there pad see ew I've had at other establishments! I can't wait to go back and try other options. The service was nice, although we had to get their attention sometimes, they came immediately. The ambience of this place is nice and friendly. The tables are a little close but that would be my only issue with this spot.Vegetarian options: They have several options for vegetariansParking: You may have go around multiple times to find street parking

Small, nondescript for leads to stairs, which open onto a massive and funky restaurant. It's spacious and not crowded, clean, well decorated, and maybe a touch noisy.Front desk staff are young and attractive, but maybe a little too cool to be "consummate professionals". Our waitress was great, professional and friendly. The food was excellent. I rarely give 5-stars for food, but they earned it.Parking: I found a lot nearby. If you're in the area you don't care, but if you're driving over it's a pain.

PAI is as fantastic as always! I like this location more than downtown one, cuz they serve fresh coconut water here, which they stopped doing in their downtown location. From the dishes, the Khao Soi, Tom Yum, Pad Thai, Garlic Shrimp and Garlic Tofu bites are great and highly recommended!

The waitress forgot to ask me to pay for my take out and after I left the restaurant called me saying the card didn’t go through.I gave him my cc number to pay for the meal over the phone but had told him that my order took 40 mins to be completed even though I was told 15-20 mins. I was pretty upset because it was so hungry and had I known it would be 40 mins I wouldn’t have placed an order which I expressed to him.CJ (the person on the phone) ended up talking to his manager and comping my order and didn’t end up charging me for the inconvenience. I was upset but I feel appreciative now. I will continue being a customer of Pai!

Their phone service is very strange. You call to ask general questions and the guys like, ‘sir you’ve reached the take out window’ And in my head I’m like, ‘dude! Are you aware that your phone options only give 1 single option - either press 1 for take out orders or hang up!’. Everything else is, ‘see our website’…if I wanted to see your website, I’d go to your friggin website. I’m calling to speak to a human being…it’d be great if they didn’t act surprised that someone was calling their establishment. It’s called a phone, and last I checked it’s used for different purposes than the internet.

Personally I like this uptown location more. The uptown PAI is more spacious and it's less loud. Their food tastes the same as their downtown location. I really liked their chicken wings for appetizers. Not a huge fan of their ox tail. I would recommend their curry more because there's more depth in their curry dishes.

My friend took me here for a surprise dinner. I have been to the downtown location and I heard that there was another one in midtown, so I was happy that I would be able to have a great time eating and chatting with my friend. The vibe felt very different due to the decor- it was decorated as if you were visiting a marketplace. I loved seeing the warm glow of light fixtures (that looked like paper lanterns) and traditional market signages. A staff member at the entrance warmly greeted us and took my friend's name down (as there was a bit of a wait). A few minutes later, another staff came to show us our seats. We were seated at the middle of the place, so we were able to admire the entire area. Our waitress was a young friendly lady with cool tattoos. She warmly greeted us and gave us some time to settle in and read the menu. To start, we decided to order an appetizer, Grabong. For drinks, my friend ordered The Lowry and I ordered Thai Iced Tea. For the main, he ordered Pad Gra Prow (with Tofu) and I ordered Gaeng Massaman (with shrimps). Everything was delicious- the appetizer was crispy, the drinks were fresh, and the main dishes were full of flavour. During our meal, our waitress came by to check-in on us and to make sure that our food was as per our expectations. The portion size was just right- at the end of the evening, we were full and happy. A great option if you're in the midtown area!

Love this place!! I've never been to the downtown location so I can't say if it's the same or better but since Pai's midtown location is more convenient for me, I just end up here! The food never disappoints. While portion sizes may seem small when they arrive at your table, I always find myself surprisingly full! My favourite is their beef salad: tangy, sweet, spicy and fresh. Literally everything I look for in a dish! I also enjoyed the Penang curry which came with a side of rice. The curry is rich but not too heavy. A great option as an entree. Often times when a restaurant is really popular, people might say it's overhyped. I see that with some restaurants but I do think Pai deserves all its flowers

The food was terrific. Very tasty was just a right amount of spice. The restaurant was a bit noisy, but we could overlook that. The staff courteous, although a little bit slow because of the busyness of the restaurant. Overall it was a winner.

My siblings and I went to the restaurant yesterday for my brother's birthday and all I have to say is wow. As soon as we walked in the atmosphere, service, and food were amazing. Get the Kung Tawt ‘Garlic Shrimp', you won't regret it.
