Horrible taste and service
Great customer service!! The lady working named Pema was super helpful with my allergies!! She let me read ingredient labels and listened to my suggestions for helping bc others in the future!! Tea is delicious too! The one thing I hope they add that they don’t have is popping boba. Either way 10/10
Tasteless milk tea, more like a ‘watered down milk’
Worst “Boba” ive had in my life literally tastes like water there is no way i would pay 6 dollars just for a so called boba that tastes like water DO NOT go to this “Boba” place and waste your money
What is this? What did they put in my drink? I saw on their wall that “ Mango Smoothie” was on the best seller wall. This is the worst bubble tea I’ve had in a minute. Do not Recommend!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would! Weird service. Doesn’t even taste like proper Boba Tea? Got the strawberry matcha but not even a singular strawberry taste. The sweetness is set to 50% “regular”, but has none. Mango is just milk, no clue why it’s written as a bestseller. Wouldn’t recommend for a quick boba/matcha place. Mango smoothie is practically a white color with milk and ice mixed together. Trash flavor!
Good teas - had the original milk tea, courteous service.
Worst bubble tea I've had in a long time. The person at the counter marked down the wrong drink but I caught the mistake before they started making the beverage(s). It was trash. Both of ours. Would NOT recommend this place. It was expensive too. Too bad as I was looking forward to a nice treat
Love Taro bubble tea here !!
I dropped in for a soothing Oolong milk tea that tasted like a refreshing breeze. The space was shared with a ramen shop, but the tea corner had everything I needed, from the menu to straws and a friendly smile. The milk tea was sweet and smooth. The best part? I snagged it for free with their app as a welcome bonus. Perfect spot to unwind, sip, and soak up the local vibe. Definitely worth checking out.

I didn’t know that one of Palgong tea shops is on Bloor. It’s hard to notice. Staff members were nice and my passion fruits Ade with tapioca was pretty good. My online order wasn’t prepared yet when I got there. If you are in a hurry, I think online ordering doesn’t work for you.
Got bubble tea and it was garbage. Basically tasted like water. Tough.
Tea taste very watered down and pretty sure they made drink incorrect as it tasted with 0 sugar.
One of the worst milk teas I’ve ever had. So watery and no taste. The tapioca was all gone by the middle of the drink and I just threw out the rest. The tapioca was tasteless and not very chewy. Very expensive to top things off.
