Super convenient location in the Distillery District. Got a Milk Tea and Sesame Tea. Both amazing. What stood out was the Super Friendly service from Lexi. I was very confused but she was super patient with me. Always a smile on her face.

I really liked the Wintermelon Tea with Cream Cheese Foam. The wintermelon tea is nice - not too sweet and the foam adds a little savoury touch. The decor is well put together and the staff is friendly. The place is a little small, so there won’t be many options for seating if the place gets busy.

Greta experience. Tasty drinks. Friendly staff. Clean interior. Great selection. Very fair prices for this area. Highly recommend!

Great look nice people great concept and love that they support the dead community but I am not paying 10 dollars for a single pack of instant noodles , that is insane

The yuzu smoothie was excellent! Never had yuzu before but now I love it!

Probably the worst tasting boba tea I’ve had. We ordered 4 different drinks. The teas were very watered down. The maple one didn’t have enough maple. The macaroons are not fresh they seem frozen and were not very tasty. I don’t recommend

Their fruit teas are decent. The milk tea is really bad, I would go to any other chain for milk tea.

Very bad and basic bubble tea. The taro tea is the worst that I’ve had in the 1000s that I’ve had. Very artificial powdery taste. What a waste for a prime location in the district.

Very bland and tasteless tea. Possibly one of the worst boba tea I ever had. Do yourself a favor and go to gongcha or chi cha san Chen instead. Also took 20 minutes to make 2 drinks.

Lexi’s amazing customer service is always appreciated! Always smiling and super kind and caring!

I plan to continue to come to this location even after I move from the distillery area in a couple months. My favourite place to get milk tea because of her! :)

Happy National Bubble Tea Day! ❤️ We had a lovely experience at the Palgong Tea Distillery location. We enjoyed their fruit tea drinks. Their mobile ordering system was acting up. But we got our orders quickly made when we walked into the shop. A cold treat. Fresh fruit, a rich flavourful tea base, with jelly/boba bubble tapioca. We had originally ordered milk teas but due to the mobile ordering, we got fruit teas instead which were nice. Zero sugar and no ice. The fruit and jelly added a very mellow subtle taste of sugar that I appreciated. It was to my liking as I didn’t want extra sugar and wanted to be a little more healthy sugar wise. I am sure many people would prefer a more sweetness though. Extras: I saw that the store staff were unloading and loading things into the store prior to walking in. The staff were using sign language to coordinate which was amazing! It was pleasant how friendly and kind the atmosphere was. Highly recommend you check out this unique location especially on National Bubble Tea day because the price is amazing!

Cozy place but very simple.Drinks were nice, good flavors and a lot of options for toppings, bit pricey though. The place was ok but there was not much space to sit, I mean if you would like to work there I would look for another place. The desserts were really good, highly recommended.
