Completely disappointing that Panago Pizza Liberty Village location reheated a pizza from a previous order as my walk in order. Instead of making a fresh pizza made to order as it should be. In a declining industry of customer service not many left to service with care as well as respect. Please remind yourself that how you treat others reflects your character as character translates through everything you/we do.

and please train your staff to tell the customers if there’s a promotion, I missed the $12 deal and paid whole price.

Could not taste the plant-based pepperoni. What little of it there was on there was hidden under cheese to mask how stingy y’all are. A clownish puppy mill pizza for $30. Pretty sure 7-11 could do better.

I tried their butter chicken pizza which was the best . They had a lot of deals and combos as well .
Moreover, there is very cleanliness.

Awesome food ! And service and they have a good customer reception and interaction.
The workers here are friendly and provide fast service. I come in here on lunch break sometimes and they always make my pizza quickly so I can dine without being back to the office too late. Once, a worker made an (understandable) mistake due to a communication error and refunded me, and also made a new pizza for me free of charge.

Placed a huge order to a business event. They failed to advise me some random number across the country would call to verify it. The number didn't even say panago. So they cancelled my $500 order and left me in a lurch. Terrible customer service when I shared they should probably let customers know they'll be receiving an call from an unknown number in a different province. Will NEVER use again. Lost my business forever
