Well organized staff and efficient service on a Saturday night.
Clean restaurant with ample comfortable seating.
Appreciate the plastic straws and self serve fountain drink station.
Fried rice was a bit bland. But otherwise everything was status quo and tasty. Ordered the honey walnut shrimp, honey sesame chicken and beijing beef. Also a chicken egg roll. Cheese rangoon was eaten as well…not pictured. Filling was minimal, save your $ on that side order.

Placed a large catering order for 30 people and it was ready on time, the staff were very nice and helped me decide what to order on the phone, and packaged very well with fortune cookies included! Highly recommended for Chinese food catering at an affordable price.

I visited this location today Wednesday, February 25,2026 at around 1:40pm. I ordered a plate to go with two entrées (Beijing Beef and Orange Chicken) and noodles. My total was $15.70. This was my first time trying Panda Express, and extremely disappointment and disgusted with quality of the food I received.
The noodles tasted horrible — like they were old and had been from days before. On top of that, the entire meal was cold. Not lukewarm — cold. For $15.70, I expect fresh, hot food, especially during lunchtime and because I was already on my way to work when I started eating, I couldn’t turn around and return it or rectify the situation in person, which made it even more frustrating. I essentially paid for and wasted money on a meal I couldn’t eat or enjoy.
I will say the employee who helped me was very nice and polite, so this review is strictly about the food quality. As a first-time customer, this experience left a terrible impression. I won’t be returning.

Contains no panda
Gave this spot a try as it had a steady stream of people heading in. Got good portions and liked that they were always preparing fresh food as we don’t want anything that’s been sitting around. Staff were pleasant and despite being busy they were very attentive.
Notes: If you order on the app for pickup and it’s a busy time, they will start preparing your order when you arrive. Also the rewards on the app (like the signup discount) aren’t available at this location for whatever reason.

February 13th 2026, Lady working the front is rude and has no compassion what-so ever,(also not my first interaction with her , my first time she was snippy and on edge. I hope she gets talked to and that this isn’t the first complaint because I wouldn’t be surprised if their were many more…) but came at 10:35pm after calling them and asking them what time there open until, she says 11pm and I ask so if I come at 10:40pm I can still get food? Girl on phone said yes but never mentioned there would be limited options, a warning would have been nice before driving an hour from Oshawa… the lady at the counter says not a SINGLE WORD to me just kept wiping the counters while I’m explaining the girl on the phone should have mentioned it, not even an apology or explanation as to why they don’t have any other options! No compassion. She’s Definitely not ment for a customer service job, Yes I know 25 minutes before close but doesn’t matter you’re open until 11pm you should offer what’s on the menu! (Especially since there is no warning) Understand you probably have food waste at the end but that’s the price of doing business, should not be the customers who suffer. I also called to speak to manager no one was there, girl on the phone says she’ll be in the next day at 4:30pm….this was my hubby and I valentines plans and were making the best of it but this was deff not part of the plan!

Ordered the family bundle on Uber Eats and I must say I am very satisfied with my order! At first I thought it was kind of bland the chow mein noodles but I liked that I can just put soya sauce as I went. The food taste ‘clean’ and not as greasy. Chow mein, veggies, sesame, and hot sour chicken is great !!
good portion size, fast workers

Not the best location at all. I always order a bigger plate here (3 entrees) and they always cheap out on the portions and give you less than what you paid for. Also they usually run out of entree options so there is limited choice. Just go to Nations in the same plaza, and you will get better value.
