I have been there 2 times the food was good but first time they forgot to give me orange chicken and second time the food was cold . Could improve on these basic things

This has to hands down be the worse Chinese takeout in Toronto. The portions are so small for the price and the staff aren’t friendly at all. Iness( I think that’s how you spell her name ) is one that makes me not want to return. Why would I waste y hard earned money to have terrible customer service and food? If you value your money and time, go to another place. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible experience, my first and definitely my last order from here. I placed an order on Uber Eats and very clearly requested NAPKINS and a FORK. None were provided. How am I supposed to eat without them? I had to walk around just to find a fork!
On top of that, the food was soggy, tasteless, and cold. You’re selling food — do you really expect people to eat with their hands? I even wrote the request in capital letters: “NAPKINS & FORK”, yet it was ignored.
Terrible service, terrible food. Never again.

This place was pretty good before, veggies had crunch, rice had flavour, chicken was crispy…. The last time it wasn’t a thing like I mentioned but I thought maybe a one off…. 3 months later ordered the family deal again and garbage…….. chicken teriyaki was so gross lacked taste and I had to recook in the pan as it didn’t look 💯, kung pow chicken was a soggy gross mess…. And it was my favourite before. Won’t be returning as it’s the second time months apart to be let down. what’s to be the family weekly treat don’t want to risk this option again.
