It was a wonderful experience to visit the pantry. Food was delicious along with the atmosphere. We had an infant with us and he too enjoyed there and got a complimentary cookie too 🍪 😊. It looks like it will be our go to place in future as well. Recommended to visit .

I’ve visited a number of times over the past months — the place and design is cute! It’s clean, comfortable, bright, and the food was delicious (I’ve mostly tasted the chicken burger and jerk chicken with a number of side salads). The latin server has been very welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Will definitely be back when I am in the area. Toronto needs more welcoming places like this!

I ordered one protein, two sides. The staff explained kindly. And tastes great! This one plate made me full and really good value for the price!
The food was great! I got the 3-part combo of the chicken burger, couscous, and chickpea salad. They served it to me instantly, all of it was really clean and satisfying and the portion size was perfect for a quick, healthy, tasty lunch.
With that said there are 3 things I really wish they would improve to be a perfect 5 stars all around:
1. They don't seem to label which dishes are spicy. I can't eat spicy food at work because it hurts my stomach, but I had no clue if the jerk or tandoori chickens were spicy, and it was busy so it was hard to ask. In a place like this where people are lining up to grab and go, they need to be able to see right away what they can eat. I also heard the guy after me asking the same thing.
2. The patio needs heat lamps. There's very little seating inside, about 5 small tables and a bar. Not nearly enough for the amount of customers unless you get there early. Thankfully they have a MASSIVE patio, but because it isn't heated or insulated, nobody could sit out there even though it's only October. I feel like they could easily upgrade the patio with heaters for autumn/spring lunch hours. I'd love to take my colleagues there for lunch but there's no point because I know we won't get a seat. They're losing business!
3. On the menu board where it shows the combos, there should be more clear information about the sauces. After plating my food she was asking me what sauces I wanted and I didn't know what the options were or what any of that stuff was, it's not labelled or mentioned anywhere.
If they could clean up a few of these issues it would be a 10/10 spot to hop in for a quick lunch or meal with friends!

We did a bulk order for our colleagues at work through Uber Eats and unfortunately 1 of our employees food was not packed. It's extremely upsetting that everyone was eating, but 1 person.
Called the restaurant and they said we have to contact Uber eats. Very disappointing experience.
The food itself was okay, but then again your Sharwama is not the authentic Sharwama... The burger is literally just the patty. The salad felt and tasted old. The Mac and cheese seems extremely processed as well.
Hopefully they improve their efforts to make sure they don't miss an order and improve their quality.

Once again we ordered in bulk from Uber eats and once again Pantry mixed up our order and 1 of our colleagues did not get their food. I can't understand how this keeps on happening after spending more than $400 at a time.

Love their food and have always ordered from them on uber eats. I dined in for the first time today and ordered a combo 4 (one protein and one side) for $12.99. But at check out my total came out to be over $17.80! I’m not sure if the employees just added tip on their own? I asked if that’s the price without tip and he confirmed it was. Feels scammy
