The experience at this place was extremely disappointing. Our grade 6 kids went there for lunch, and 2 out of 3 didn’t receive their change. When they asked for it, they were told the money had already been given back — which simply wasn’t true. It’s unacceptable for any business to take advantage of 11-year-old children.

From all my times visiting this location I found the food to be great. I would personally say that the interior doesn’t look well maintained and the service was fine. Each time I visited the crust was good and the slice was a decent size. About service, I got the basic “What do you want” and then “enjoy” but I did visit during lunch and the line was quite long so that may be why. The interior looks poorly maintained and has some folding tables instead of real ones. It’s a really small location so it looks like there is no seating.

I tried Papa John's for the first time and it wasn't great. The bread had an ultra processed soft, chewy feel to it. The toppings were minimal. The cheese tasted processed, too, certainly not the freshest mozzarella cheese. The taste was alright but definitely not worth the damage to your health. You're going to feel like crap after eating it. I get that it's fast food, but it's literally factory-made.

Absolutely horrific experience at this restaurant. The staff were shockingly rude—cold, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were intruding on their time. They ignored us for ages, and when we finally managed to flag someone down, they barely even looked at us while taking the order.
As if the service couldn’t get worse, they got our order completely wrong, and instead of apologizing, they just acted annoyed, like it was somehow our fault. I’ve never felt so unwelcome and disrespected at a restaurant in my life. This place is a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Avoid at all costs!
