Coming from a guy who eats pizza nearly every day...
I tried Papa John's for the first time and it wasn't great. The bread had an ultra processed soft, chewy feel to it. The toppings were minimal. The cheese tasted processed, too, certainly not the freshest mozzarella cheese. The taste was alright but definitely not worth the damage to your health. You're going to feel like crap after eating it. I get that it's fast food, but it's literally factory-made.

I ordered a pizza with a set delivery time. Order arrived 15 min late and no one gave me a heads up. Pizza and breadsticks were cold and the pizza flavour almost tasteless. Very disappointed

Absolutely horrific experience at this restaurant. The staff were shockingly rude—cold, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were intruding on their time. They ignored us for ages, and when we finally managed to flag someone down, they barely even looked at us while taking the order.
As if the service couldn’t get worse, they got our order completely wrong, and instead of apologizing, they just acted annoyed, like it was somehow our fault. I’ve never felt so unwelcome and disrespected at a restaurant in my life. This place is a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Avoid at all costs!

THEY CATCHING UP SUPER EGO AND BEHAVE IS OUT OF RANGE . THEIR ATTITUDE GOES UPTO SKY AND SOME ONE GONNA TAKE IT DOWN FOR SURE TODAY OR TOMORROW… EITHER YOU STOP THIS PIZZA BRANCH HERE OF THE STONE IN THEIR HEAD WILL BE CRUSHED TO POWDER .

Second time coming in here and the employee (Indian guy with turban he ran to the back before I could get his name) was nothing but rude! I asked for my 2 slices of pizza to be bagged separately and he proceeded to put them in one bag, i asked again if he could bag them separately and he gave me attitude saying I never asked for it to be bagged when I did. Regardless if I ask for a bag after paying for food from your establishment I should be allowed to have a bag without attitude! Not coming in here again as this is the second time I’ve dealt with his poor customer service.

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Went to pick up an order , gave them my name, and they handed me the wrong one. Then they called me after I got home, got mad at me for their mistake, and told me to bring it back if I want my order.
So I brought it back, picked up my order, and a thin man with black hair, a dark complection, with a heavy accent began to scold me about how I should check my order number before leaving the store (after I already told them my name fkr the order)
Also not to mention they're selling pizza that I took to my home and back. Absolutely disgusting.
