So basically ive got a weird taste for my pizza sauce , i always order tomato paste get replaced by ranch sauce and ive been coming to this papa johns for the past two months now.
Today i came to the branch and was greeted by staff as usual, but-something was different today which was, the staff noticing my pattern when it comes to my orders. And Ashish a very kind employee just asked if “you’d like the usual” which was vary pleasant to me; and Im proud to be their customer. 10/10

We recently placed an order through Uber Eats from the Papa John’s location on Dundas. Unfortunately, the experience left us quite disappointed. The delivery arrived without the Uber driver knocking or even taking a proof-of-delivery photo. By the time we found the food, the box was open and greasy, as if it had been mishandled or dropped. We were concerned that the driver might have even touched the food before placing it back.
When we reached out to Uber Eats for support, we found their response completely unhelpful. They ended the text chat without offering any meaningful resolution. We then contacted the Dundas Papa John’s directly, hoping for better assistance. Unfortunately, the assistant manager was equally uncooperative, giving evasive answers and ultimately refusing to take any steps to help resolve the issue or contact Uber on our behalf.
In the end, the lack of professionalism and the poor handling by both Uber Eats and the restaurant has left us with a very negative impression. We certainly won’t be ordering from this location again and would not recommend it to others.

I generally don't leave a bad review but I have ordered cheese sticks and was served sticks, with hardly any cheese on it. They were good enough to take it back and replace it, but this time, the base was half baked! I had to do the remaining baking at home in spite of paying for the food!
While few weeks ago, I was served burnt cheese sticks!
I rarely leave bad reviews, but this delivery was awful. I live literally across the street, yet it took an hour to arrive. The app even said it was delivered when it wasn’t! The driver showed up 30 minutes later, acted like everything was fine, and still took the change. Completely unacceptable. I would never order again.

October 1, 2025, at around 6pm. I ordered a large size of BBQ Chicken Bacon Pizza via Uber Eats and requested a SQUARE CUT coz it was supposedly meant FOR SHARING. We even asked for an extra sauce. However, the 200 Dundas St store branch did not follow such a very very simple instruction. No napkins no nothing. Disappointing.
