Paradise Grapevine is such a cool spot. From the bottle shop to in person dining it's got all bases covered. Their selection of libations is unique and beautifully curated. I love everything about this place.

I often fantasize about having a cool little wine bar. It would look a *lot* like this, and the wines would be as delicious. Highly recommend. Bought their Cab Franc for my table of friends and it was a hit.

The best wine bar in the city! It's my go-to for an afternoon glass of wine and snacks (the sourdough is delicious and they completely converted me to half-sundried tomatoes), date nights, and spot to bring out-of-towners. Servers are both knowledgeable and warm, and the vibe is so cozy and chill. Their own line of wine is also delicious and a great bang for your buck — give it a go next time you're there!

Cute cozy wine bar. They have a shelf full of wines. Not sure if they’re reasonably priced or I can drink them at the bar. They have a small selection of wines and beer for us to drink there. Food was pretty much charcuterie. It’s all self service here. You have to order and pick up your own drink and even water is self serve. If it’s all self service I dont get why I’d be out drinking here. I’d rather drink at home self serving and at LCBO price. If you want a good experience, this is not the place.

Stopped by for the first time with a friend the other night. We ordered a bottle of their own Riesling and sourdough bread with some cheese.Very pleasant experience, reasonably priced, and the vibe is so chill. Will for sure be back again, especially to pick up some wines for home!

Love this unpretentious wine bar that also serves chips, olives, and other nibbles. Excellent patio especially in the heat of summer; inside is intimate and cozy. Shout out to fave, Hazel who works the bar - stellar customer service every time!

Before it was gentrified this place was a fun restaurant/bar called Menalon run by an amazing couple! Now it’s absurdly expensive and there is no service. Not really any food. I’m not sure what the draw is, besides the moody candles and the patio.

Unfortunately, for me, this bar was not a fit. The nibbles they had were fine, but just easy from bag to plate type things - which is totally ok if this is what you want. Great potato chips, from a bag, not home made, so good for the chip company and good for them for choosing them. WE asked if the peppers were hot and were told "they are pickled" - warning - they are REALLY hot. would have been nice to get that information. the service left us really myeh. no table service, ok, but then even when standing at the not busy bar for a few minutes the one guy working was awfully busy talking with the other employee who just finished work and was sitting at the bar drinking. great. We almost felt like we were in the way and it was 9pm on a mid-week night, so not so busy and not so late that they were hinting "closing time" - won't go back, but other people seem to love it, so if those things don't bother you: have at it.

Honesty, not great tonight. I love the vibe and the staff were lovely but the food was lacking. We had the pickles, scallop and swordfish, green salad and porchetta. Pickles were fine, swordfish and scallop tasted slightly fishy and very small portion. Green salad was nice but nothing special. Porchetta was truly not good. Really bitter, not enough salt and of course it was fatty but it just wasn’t pleasant. Not a good dish - sorry. Bummed because we loved it last time.

I adore both locations of Paradise Grapevine. Both locations have beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, and the vibe is unpretentious, LGBTQ+ friendly, and just perfect. The wines are crushable and small plates at each are delish. Love this spot, absolute go-to.

I consider it one of my go-to third places. Staff is like family and the drink selection slaps. Be kind and don't ruin it.

Unpretentious wine spot with so much charm and character! This place offers a wide selection of wines to try and enjoy in an intimate setting thats great for a date. Their backyard patio looks like it belongs in an Italian village house, large enough for afternoon drinks on the weekend with friendsThey also offer some snacks that go perfect with wine. Cheese, meats, olives, sourdough bread and butter! Name a better combo!
