My wife and I recently held our wedding reception at the Paradise Grapevine Winery. The event went off without a hitch thanks to the efforts of Devin and the rest of the team at Paradise Grapevine Winery. Throughout the planning process, Devin was responsive and accommodating. Devin took it upon himself to coordinate with our caterer and DJ to ensure that we had less to organize in the lead up to the event. With minimal decoration, the venue was beautiful. The indoor and outdoor spaces gave our guests and us lots of flexibility to create different atmospheres around the venue (quiet and calm, loud and energentic, etc.). After the event, many guests told us that they felt very welcome at the event including those with babies and those 80+. At ~120 guests, we didn't feel at all cramped and there was plenty of seating for our buffet dinner. If you are looking for a venue for a wedding reception, I cannot recommend Paradise Grapevine Winery strongly enough. Devin is a dream to work with and the space is fantastic!

Impressive experience -- delicious food and kegged gamay $14. Paulina is an excellent server. Thoroughly enjoyed the crab dip $21 and messy chicken sandwich with tons of peas $14. Good value for money.
One of my favourite wine spots in the city! A great space both inside and on the patio, amazing wine, delicious cocktails, and cheap / delicious eats!

Paradise Grapevine is one of my favorite spots in the city! Their wine barrel room is absolutely charming—such a unique and intimate space that’s perfect for cocktail parties and casual gatherings. While it didn’t end up being the right fit for the specific type of event I was planning, the team—especially Christian and Devin—was incredibly professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with.
Their communication was great, and they handled everything with care and understanding. I’ll definitely be booking the space for a different type of event in the future and will continue to come back for their amazing wine and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Maximum swivel iPads tip for the most minimal, diy service. Ordered the 100$ charcuterie plate which arrived with a comically sad amount of food, punk’d level of bare minimum. Had high hopes for Paradise Grapevine Geary, but definitely give this place a miss unless you enjoy paying the most, for the least. ✨

Felt like the drink portions were scaled down a bit for the Geary Art Crawl. Nice patio and vibe though. Definitely a staple of the area but be ready to fork over some cash. I’ve always been satisfied when I’ve ordered food here too.

Trendy place on Geary Street. Decent potato with steel chairs. Sat under that grapevine. The way it works here is that you take the menu in and place your order. And you pick up a drink or two at the same time. You take a number on a pedestal back to your table. The food gets served/brought to you. My partner and I ordered olives and cheese for appetizers. Then a main on top. We were so full because the portions are generous. When the bill comes the machine starts at 18% to which seems high given i had to go on to place my order and get glasses and bottles of water. Nevertheless it was a fun visit. The pork ribs were very tasty.
Been there a few times and always enjoy myself. They host nice events. The courtyard is a fun place to hang and share some bottles/snacks with friends. Recent wine colab wine w/ Mac’s Pizza was awesome!

Love having this place in the neighbourhood for amazing by the glass (and bottle) wine selections, friendly staff, and a beautiful patio. Interior is vibey too during the colder months. Highly recommend.
