I remember they had more variety of selection and customization for shwarma bowl and now it's no longer customizable... used to love their chicken bowl with fries as a base which no longer on the menu... so sad

I recently purchased a chicken shawarma plate from Paramount Kitchen at the Union Station food court in Toronto, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was authentic, flavorful, and freshly prepared — exactly what you’d hope for when craving Lebanese cuisine.

Just had a falafel salad bowl and would recommend it for others to try. Fresh, tasty, made right in front of you. Staff was friendly and I was served quickly. There were a lot of other options as well. Great stop to pick something up while at Union Station.
