My friend recommended the tarts -- I would imagine they're good while hot, but cooled down, not so much.

After reheating, it's good again.

The bread here is one of
the best in town. However, I’d recommend improved service training for the staff. Also, the grilled cheese seems overpriced at $9 plus tax for just bread and cheese, especially when it typically costs around $6 at other bakeries.

Went there to get a grilled ham cheese sandwich. If you guys want to talk about robbery you definitely know how to do that to your customers how do you overcharge a sandwich and give one piece of cheese and two little thin slices of ham. If you guys cant afford to make a profit stop being a crook and stop selling it.

The customer service is very bad. The few times I have come here, the coffee is always overcooked and the coffee is delivered cold. Today I came to buy a codfish patty, it was overcooked and tasteless. I asked the waitress to change it and she told me in a disinterested manner that since I had already bitten into it she couldn't make the change. I replied that obviously I tried it to see the flavor and obviously it was overcooked. She didn't care and simply left. I do not recommend this place for anything.

It's 7:30 in the morning on a weekday, your usual breakfast time, there's only one woman at the counter and she is just chatting away in some European language with another customer, no greeting no eye contact, no "hi there, I'll be right with you". This is why chain bakeries and restaurants work. Unlike in small businesses, staff actually get training.

Also, I went in there looking for a savoury breakfast snack, but they only have bread and desserts mostly, and from what I could tell there was some kinda turnover with maybe some kinda green, likely spinach and ricotta but I'll never know because there were no labels or anything anywhere, and no one to get any help from. So, if you're walking by Landsdowne and Wallace, please don't bother stepping in here, go get Cobs or something.

I came here to say I love Paris Bakery. I haven’t tried even a quarter of their delicacies, and yet I find myself wanting to try everything on their display. Yes, it was just a cake, but the moment I bit into it, it felt so angelic. This may be a hyperbole but your foods taste like heaven.
