Did not feel welcomed here. I walked in and stood at the counter while everyone in the back looked at me. One lady even walked out, grabbed a water from the front, glanced at me and then went to the back. I waited a bit longer. Nothing. Horrible energy and possible prejudice.

I've come to this place on some occasions having pleasant interactions with the staff. Unfortunately I have also come in on several other occasions facing subpar customer services and what can only be described as prejudiced attitudes. If I'm patiently waiting and you choose not to ask for my order but immediately serve another customer who came after me it creates for an unpleasant dynamic. Be better, this is Canada.

Tried this cafe for the first time and I will not be returning. The coffee and tea aren’t good, the food is overpriced for what it was. Two of the manager/staff make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and they make it seem like they're doing you a favour by taking your order. We also waited for 30 minutes for a coffe/tea that should had take 10 minutes.

Very nice local cafe. Food is delicious and tastes homemade (or better). Sometimes the service can be slow because everything is made to order, but it's worth it! It can get busy but there are usually seats available.
