October 2025: Lots of plants and huge windows. I got the Poseidon ($22) and kereviz Salatasi ( $15), and pomegranate juice. I would get the Poseidon and juice again.

Beautiful brunch spot. The Fluffy pancakes are a must. The eggs benny on hash are my fav to order. solid lattes. Summer walks in the neighbourhood to walk it off, theres always something new to see.

Honest attempt at Turkish-American brunch fusion but doesn't go far. Inside it's very loud due to acoustics. Prices are on par with higher quality restaurants but the food doesn't hold up and mediocre at best. The dishes definitely look way better than they taste. 2 times we went there the eggs were overcooked, fries were unsalted, and the salad was overly sauced. Their menemen seems to be the signature dish but it's not tasty.

Dropped by here after searching was pleasantly surprised. Food was delicious, service was quick and friendly and there was no wait. I got the shakshuka and it was delicious
A great East End brunch experience.

The atmosphere is a bit loud inside. It’s not necessarily that people are being overly noisy, but the acoustics make the voices bounce around in a way that feels almost overwhelming. Still, we were lucky enough to snag a table for two without a reservation.
For food, I ordered the Poseidon, and honestly, it was a mixed bag. The bagel that came with it was tough—definitely on the stale side. The smoked salmon, capers, cucumbers, and other toppings were decent enough. If only the bagel had been softer, the dish would’ve been much more enjoyable.
I also tried Grandma’s Pancakes, and that was a disappointment. The pancakes were cold, soggy, and sitting at a tilt like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. It just didn’t seem fresh. I had the middle pancake—left the top and bottom ones behind. It actually tasted good, but I’m sure it would’ve been great fresh. Probably lost a bit of its magic sitting around. Still, not bad at all!
Pros:
Delicious pastry, the Nutella filled.
Not bad espresso macchiato.
Few gluten free options including a delicious coconut chocolate balls.
Didn’t try the Somun bread but it looks tasty.
Cons:
Dirty washroom
Broom left beside our table until we asked the server to remove it.

Way too overpriced for the quality! The service was slow, and the food was just average.

The food here looked better than it tasted. Don’t get fooled on Instagram because the execution fell short.
It took a minimum of 40 minutes for our meals to arrive. We ordered the Salmon Benedict and the Pasaj Burger, along with an orange juice and the Grabaldi (orange juice with a grenadine-like syrup for $14). In both our drinks, the orange juice tasted like it was made from concentrate, if you ask us.
The Salmon Benedict was disappointingly small. The fries were cold, clearly frozen and not homemade. The side salad was drowned in oil, with no seasoning.
The Pasaj Burger was a letdown. The patty was fatty and reminiscent of a basic Harvey’s burger patty. The halloumi was oddly cut into small short pieces instead of a proper slab, making the burger feel slapped together from fridge leftovers. For $24, it was far from worth it.
Drinks were average at best.
Service was friendly, but the overall ambiance didn’t impress beyond the plant-filled entrance. The rest of the interior was plain and uninspired.
In all honesty, we could have made a better brunch at home—for less money and with fresher ingredients. Not worth the price, and we won’t be returning. $80.23 not well spent.

Disappointing.
Friends wanted to check out this brunch spot so I tagged along. Lovely looking place, warm service but oh man what I ordered was rather disappointing for the price I paid. Friend and I both ordered the Kofteh and Piyaz which looked promising but what we ate was not enjoyable at all. The beans that overthrew the entire dish for some reason and became the main ingredient were raw and hard.. like straight out of the tin hard. I was struggling to get it down but the portion was so tiny that by the time I realised I should definitely not be eating that, I felt too guilty to send it back. The three mini kebabs that arrive sorrily on the side were not bad but also not enough to save the dish. The pancakes were decent, iced lattes were nice. Sweetest server so that one star is for her. Plenty of nice brunch spots competing for attention, no reason to go back here!

This was our second visit and unfortunately the last one. We were seated by the window, where there were multiple bees inside, constantly disturbing us. When we asked to change our seats, our request did not happen. On top of that, the place was extremely hot and unbearably noisy, especially near the window. We had no choice but to leave earlier than planned. Very disappointing experience — we will definitely not be coming back.

What a great experience! The space is beautiful and really well designed and natural lighting. We had the shrimp Benedict which sits on rosti style crispy potatoes (instead of classic English muffin) comes with tons of potatoes on the side, salad and a flavourful hollandaise, coming back for this dish for sure! The hunkar (eggplant, tomato, beef dish) comes with warm pide and was also nice to try. Turkish latte was perfect, stronger than a standard latte but so good. Very much wanted to try the pancakes or French toast, they look unreal but maybe next time! Also special thank you to our server Miranda, she was phenomenal and is the epitome of service excellence. Truly made our experience special and welcoming. Thanks Miranda!!!

Pasaj is one of my favorite brunch places in Toronot. I have tried different dishes there and thery are all good. But my favorite are the grandma's pancakes and the Cilbir. They have great cocktails as well. The service is amazing and the vibe is good too. The only downside is that the patio can get very loud and noisy, so this might not be the best place if you want to have a quiet brunch or intimate conversation.

Poor service and as soon as we arrived we were told that we only have 1.5 hours to dine in. That’s not what anyone wants to hear especially when they are there for a Turkish breakfast where you supposed to take your time with the food, drink cups of tea etc.
They are just trying to make money, guest experience or the food quality doesn’t matter to them.
