We came hey with friends and our 1 year old daughter. Our waitress Regina was fantastic! She was so accommodating for our daughter, when she dropped her plastic fork she offered to wash it for us. This place is truly kid friendly while having excellent food for adults and an adult ambience. They didn't have a kids menu on but they older kid dishes for kid prices. They have high chairs that you can actually strap your child in and a change table that both parents can use. We had the pizza, the pasta, the Tartar, the arranchini, the meatballs all excellent!

service and ambience excellent. main course of pasta tasted like ir had been pre-prepared and sitting in the kitchen waiting to reheat before serving. oily, pasta stuck together, veg overooked. not up to usual mercatto standards , but given many excellent meals here would give it another chance

Dinner at Mercatto was an amazing experience. The food was so delicious...from the Caesar salad to the ricotta Gnocchi and the Orechietti and Rapini pasta. Fabulous from start to finish and all the wait staff were courteous and friendly. 5 Stars for sure!

As always Mercatto College delivered delicious food and impeccable service. Attentive and made us feel at home. I go back again and again for lunches and dinners. Stand out favourites are the mushroom pizza, insalata verde, steak, linguine and the risotto.

Calamari was small and looked not made in house but rather just deep fried prepackaged...ordered bread ($9) and when was brought asked for oil and balsamic and was informed didnt have balsamic (at an Italian restaurant) ordered lasagna which was creatively put together, but reinventing the wheel isn't necessarily the best option..I left half after not enjoying...the waitress asked if I wanted a to go box..which I declined...not a reataurant I'd go back to ...

This was our first time dining at Mercatto. Our table of 3 was served very quick. Our server came immediately with water and just as quick after we put our drink order in. She was very attentive. We had the calamari appetizer which was very good. Then we shared the Speck and Margherita pizzas. The crust was perfect! We tried both gelato flavours for dessert. Both very nice and refreshing.
