I want to leave a good review because the pasta is actually very good.However, the employee that served me was very disrespectful. After I patiently waited for 10 minutes to order, I asked if online orders always took priority over in person customers. He began yelling that yes, they are and he is over worked, alone, etc, etc.After listening to several minutes of this yelling, I asked if he could take my order. He screamed that I was rude and went on and on about how difficult his situation was and how he would throw out customers and yell at them for not understanding his situation. I remained calm through this and explained I am not his therapist, I am only someone trying to order food. He began screaming again about his culture (what does that have to do with anything?) and how I was so rude while I stood there waiting for me food.I cannot recommend anyone go here. This employee is not well and should not be serving customers. I am sure it was very traumatizing for people walking by and eating near the restaurant (I saw an elderly couple look over and leave their seats!)So in short: food is good, employee is missing a few screws

Expensive for some slop that couldn’t even taste good if you were hungry. No hate to the staff they’re suffering under the poor conditions of this place. Out of most of the ingredients on the menu, and only one employee there to take the hit of inevitably unsatisfied customers when they find out they can’t order anything they wanted.

Was my favourite pasta place and the noodle itself is fantastic, but my last three DoorDash orders arrive with only one of the sauces I asked for, are we no longer allowed to blend the sauces?

I agree with another reviewer that the Alla Vodka sauce literally tastes like canned tomato that u can buy from metro… Spent $17.50 for a medium penne alla vodka with chicken. The meal was terrible from the sauce to the chicken which tasted like nothing as well. Employees were friendly and polite though.

having worked in food service for many years, i understand the ease of closing the cash till 20 mins before official close time in order to save time after the establishment closes. however, i ask that you consider that this is the only open establishment in the building after a certain time. turning away cash paying customers 20 mins before close may save time, and i empathize with the length of a potential commute home from a late night downtown food service job, but having an open till until close would be really really beneficial for those of us also working late in the surrounding area. Again, i understand why workers may choose to this. i just wanted to present the other side as a customer.update: wanted to add that I ran back to work to grab a card and in the meantime the doors had been closed and locked. as i have said, i understand wanting to prevent customers from coming in while doing pre-closing duties, but it just sucks customers no longer have a chance to order during opening hours after a certain time, even with a card. i would perhaps suggest modifying hours for in person ordering

The food was amazing im Italian n it tastes just like my grandmothers cooking! Very clean also & super nice staff! My friends family and I will all definitely be going back for more delicious pasta :)

Amazing build your own take out pasta place. Tons of options for plain and filled pasta and many many sauces to pick from. I went with a vegan pasta and added mushrooms, roasted red pepper and some cheese with chille flakes and jalapeno. Good value for money and real authentic flavour on the Arrabbiata sauce which I was able to add some garlic and oil sauce for extra flavour. Unique experience with fast and friendly service.

This place is disgusting. Alla Vodka sauce tastes like canned tomato soup or Boyardee Chef. They charge 16$ for pasta worth 2$. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

As an Italian this place impresses. My go to pasta is Spaghetti Bolognese and the hot peppers in oil are amazing! Very traditional and high quality central Italian pasta and sauces. Amazing service and staff never disappointed at any of their locations.

One of the amazing pasta place. I really like the taste of blending sauces. Every pasta is portioned well and given a choice to pick our own sauce and toppings.The staff is really friendly. Will surely visit again.

The pasta was overseasoned at the top of the box, and then no seasoning after the first layer. Ate mostly plain pasta which wasn't a great dinner.Edit: The way they respond to negative reviews is almost worse than the food.

Terrible place to eat out. Unhappy employee was forced to charge customer when they ran out of protein and protein replacement.Psychotic business owner going around attack genuine reviewers randomly.NEVER TRY THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE

Real Italian pasta !!!! As an Italian I’m very critical of Italian restaurants!! The pasta is perfect in flavour and texture! It taste like something I would cook only better because I didn’t have too !! Very generous portion size!!
