Always great! Heads up, they run out, so the 9am selection is way better than 11am

Everything west of Roncy sucks. Esp B/W. Except this place. On any regular weekend, by 8 am there's a lineup. How many food stores do you know with lineups?

The croissants have shrinked, a lot smaller then they use to be. Quality is still amazing but find it overpriced.

The danishes are UNREAL! The best in the city and I've eaten alot of pastries! I had the pear and walnut and the berry. Reasonably priced considering these pastries are a work of art! I will definitely be back.

Their pastries are delicious. No question. But you’re definitely not coming here for the service. Cold if not icy staff. Couldn’t care less how you feel leaving the place (or coming in for that matter). I usually leave annoyed that I went back (because there’s a reason customer service is important). Never feel appreciated. We come here at least once a week. Almost always sold out of what you want. Do a terrible job forecasting sales. Also, after you’ve waited in line for 20+ minutes only to find out they no longer have what you wanted, it *almost* seems like they’re smugly pleased to disappoint you. I would say 95% of the places I regularly visit has more to do with the service I receive over the product I’m purchasing. In this case, it’s strictly the opposite.

Excellent chocolate croissant! Very similar to French ones. Macarrons are fine.

Was walking by this lovely place and I was blown away by the beautiful smells coming through the door. I went in and ended up buying a few macaroons and two almond croissants. I really loved the flavour of the croissants, very fresh and tasty. There were so many fresh baked goods that I will be definitely going back again. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. I would love to give this place 10 stars but I can not. Stop in and grab yourself some fresh baked goods, you will be satisfied.

We had been going here for years, fairly religiously, but will not go back again. The last five times I’ve gone there they have been out of virtually all of their inventory hours before they’re supposed to close. The frustration at driving there, finding parking, standing in line, only to be told that they are, yet again, out of virtually their entire menu is immense.Regardless of how many times we’ve mentioned this to the staff, things never improve. Their baked goods are delicious, yes, but far better to go to somewhere like Cheeze Boutique where they have more selection, equally delicious baked goods which are actually in stock.Really disappointed in this business and their profound lack of respect toward their customers.
