They gave me beef patties that were not fully heated. I saw the server get my patties from below, where they probably keep the patties that are waiting to be heated up. I asked her why is she taking them from there, are they just as hot? She said she thinks so, but they were not. My patty tasted terrible because the filling was not hot!

The patty wasn’t good even the filling inside was runny no beef it self. Nah that’s not Randy’s patty I know …. That’s not Jamaican at all

Sour rice, long line up, not the origional flakey patty crust. Patty filling had the same great tast.

Vegetarian/vegan patties are full of frozen vegetable mix and have almost 0 flavour. Very disappointing

I like grabbing a patty whenever I’m on the run at the Eaton Center and need something quick. $2.29 for a single patty - can’t beat that! I recently tried the coco bread for the first time. Had no idea what to expect but they basically sandwich the patty into it. Carbs galore, but very tasty! I usually have peas falling out of my patty so make sure to have a napkin!

Is this really Jamaican owned/made???....Not authentic at all. Hardly any filling and the vegan/vegetarian one taste like canned veg soup is in the filling, not spicy and runny. If the owners are really Jamaican, get your act together and start serving real Jamaican patties, these are an embarrassment.

Ordered 2 vegan patties and was given 2 beef. The guy who we ordered from was not apologetic at all. Make sure you get them to repeat your order or just skip the place entirely.

I thought all patties tasted the same but these are so gas. Filling is soooo quality.
Extra spicy is not hot tho

Not that spicy as a Jamaican I don't approve of the spice level in the patties and my fellow Jamaicans would approve. Better you call all your patties mild ? cause to most Caribbean people that know real spicy Jamaican patties. Not even your extra spicy is spicy to me and most Jamaicans would agree as it tastes mild. Add Scotch bonnet vs what ever other spice your using or a strong pepper that's what these patties are missing. Your curry chicken needs more work it needs more spice. For me I rather cuts or strips of chicken. If you go to Devon house in Jamaica that's how their patty is and the taste is really spicy unlike your chicken patties and well seasoned. For now I rate 3/5.
