This place has become extra popular over the years. They actually have someone dedicated to directing traffic in the parking lot. The jerk pork and jerk chicken sell out early. The service is great.

Fresh patties made right on-site — absolutely the highlight. They’re hot, flaky, and really delicious. The rest of the menu items are decent but nothing exceptional, and a few weren’t good at all. Still, I’d go back mainly for those amazing patties!

I’ve heard a lot of hype about this place, but I think the excitement got to me, and my expectations were too high. The patties were good. nice and flaky, but the filling was a bit lacking. The service, however, was excellent. Still on my top 3!

Patties are decent/good, which should be since they are well known and mass produced. Ordered the Jerk Chicken large meal rice and peas coleslaw, straight garbage.
Someone previously stated that the staff are lost, and I second that at times. During this occurrence, this particular staff member had the audacity to raise his finger as I was talking to him, so he can check if Jerk Chicken on rice and peas with coleslaw was still available since I went near store closing time. Got the order no coleslaw, another lost employee couldn't answer why I was told I would get a full order and ended up with no coleslaw. It's like ordering a combo and not getting fries at McDonald's, but you paid for a combo. That said life's too short to argue over coleslaw.
Rice and peas was dry with no flavor. Seems like it was just rice cooked in a rice cooker with water and a hand full of beans. No flavor, and as mentioned dry. The skinless chicken thigh pieces were off-putting, far from being considered jerk in any way. The pieces tasted weird, looks like it was cooked then doused with a sauce. Only redeeming factor was the hot ketchup they had at the counter, which I unfortunately didn't put enough of.
For patties, fresh or frozen this place is good. Judging by this experience think I will only stick to that, and would not recommend their Jerk Chicken meal or anything else.

I’ve been eating your used to be incredible patties for as long as I can remember… recently restocked and well its just not good at all, you must have changed your recipe because it does not taste like it did before. (I’m talking less than a year). Please go back to your original recipe, don’t compromise on your quality, taste, and meat quantity. I’d rather pay an extra couple $ for the box than get ripped off with cardboard tasting patties.

Great place for its reasonably priced meals. Favourites of mine are curry goat, oxtail and the jerk pork, not to mention the patties. When you visit don’t be a jerk and try to park in the driveway. It messes up everyone and while you think you’re too important to walk from out back everyone else there knows you’re a jerk.

Came in just for a dozen patties but thought I would try the oxtail and rice peas while I’m here . I have to say they gave more oxtail than any other Jamaican food place I’ve been to. Great portions and was very flavourful. Will definitely come back for more .

I ordered stew chicken with rice and peas with extra coleslaw on side for $2/3. Got home and I don’t know why my chicken was one the side and gravy spilled everywhere… I called them to ask why isn’t there any Coleslaw on my rice and she said she put it on side along with the order I paid for. I said no, because I paid extra for it and that’s not how it works. Told her It’s not my first time ordering here.
What an awful representation for an authentic Jamaican patty. It is 50 percent dough and whatever is inside, is unseasoned and lack taste. This was a very poor and unpalatable representation for a Jamaican patty

I came here to buy 2patties for myself. I alreadythem twice that I need 2chicken patties but still they give me beef patties. From where I am ,we do not eat beef. This is really a blunder. Too bad experience. I mostly came here but what that did today I don't think I will come back again here. Will Not recommend at all.

Amazing place for best tasting patties in town, plus serves delicious meals at very affordable prices (rarity in this town). Just had chicken curry that comes with rice and cabbage salad, worth the travel if you are in east end!
Parking: There are spaces in front and more parking at the back!

I never went here but I bought a giant box of Pattie’s from Costco and they are not good. No flavour and very tough. I don’t know what to do with them 😩
