After going to Trinidad a couple of years ago and falling in love with the food, I’d been really craving some authentic Trinny cuisine. This restaurant did not disappoint! Excellent roti’s, doubles, patties, and nice, warm, genuine service from the family that runs this place. I will be remembering this meal and the nice conversations I got to have with the owner for a long time!
I guess I was expecting more flavor in the curry. I purchased the potato and chana Roti for myself and a beef patty and a curry chicken Roti for my husband. We both felt that there wasn't enough flavour in the curry although it was jammed full with chick peas in mine and jammed full with chicken in my husband's; we still felt it lacked. The patty was not hot nor crispy like it should have been, it was at room temperature and it was kind of dry on the outside. The service...

I ordered doubles and curry chicken with rice. The food was good, great taste and flavor.
