Very close to Lee's Palace/The Dance Cave. There was ample Green P parking and side street parking off of Bloor St. W. Pints of Guinness and their fish and chips were excellent. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. The establishment did not appear to be wheelchair accessible though. I'd call ahead to see if they can accommodate person's in need.

We visited here 3 nights in a row as our AirB&B was located round the corner. Very quiet, hardly anyone in each time. Very slow service, we found the male member of staff, behind the bar, extremely miserable and unfriendly. It doesn't take much to smile

Great roof top patio! Staff very accommodating of advance rooftop seating request for a larger group. Service at table very efficient.
Pauper's Pub is a good as a simple destination after a movie at Hot Docs. They have a standard menu and a decent selection of beers. The noise level depends on the time of day - as with any pub.

I had the pleasure of being served by Cole the other night, what a gem. He was attentive, friendly, had great menu suggestions and really enriched the experience. I had the crispy chicken and he suggested the poutine which was all perfect. Fatima was super helpful too, I think she was on the bar but she went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back with friends all summer
