I like the retro 80's feel of the bar, good beer at an affordable price too! The service from the bartender was lovely! She knows her beer and offered great hospitality! Penny's is Hella gnarly, had a great time here with my friend after work! 10/10 would come here again.

Just your hole in the wall public spot for people to meet and drink. That itself is not really the issue as much as the drinks aren't very good. The draft, I admit was the highlight but the cocktail(s) and wine are extremely subpar. Very dodgey and sketchy place so be warned, but you will be treated nicely by the bartender so theres that

Good spot for karaoke. There is apparently a consistent community for it here, and there are some really good singers. The crowd is supportive anyway. Service was quick and courteous and the prices are good as far as bars go. The bathrooms were disgusting.

I was introduced to Penny's a few months back and could not be happier to have found such an inviting bar to frequent. They have great entertainment. They have karaoke, an open mic night and feature local bands. The crowd is friendly and welcoming, the owner Olivia has definitely ensured this is a safe place for her patrons. Her staff is wonderful. Hawco and Lukas and James are such friendly and outgoing bartenders, attentive and skilled, making their guests happy with their great service! I would highly recommend coming here with friends for a fun night out! This is truly a West end gem!
