It’s very unfortunate that I ended up recommending this place to my family, with the hopes that things would go smoothly with the food. It wasn’t a good experience knowing they had to wait over 2 hours for the party trays they had pre-ordered weeks in advance. The food wasn’t great and it was also cold - definitely different from what I experienced when you catered for my friend’s birthday party.

I ordered $600 worth of food for Christmas Eve and scheduled pickup at 4-5 PM. I arrived at 4:45 PM to find a chaotic scene, with many people complaining about long waits. The staff ignored us despite being asked repeatedly about our order, only responding after we called them out.
We waited nearly 2 hours because they claimed their oven was broken, but no one informed us ahead of time. We finally got our food at almost 7 PM, completely ruining our celebration. Horrible...read full review
