It’s very unfortunate that I ended up recommending this place to my family, with the hopes that things would go smoothly with the food. It wasn’t a good experience knowing they had to wait over 2 hours for the party trays they had pre-ordered weeks in advance. The food wasn’t great and it was also cold - definitely different from what I experienced when you catered for my friend’s birthday party.
I would hope that with the new year, you’ll be able to learn from your mistakes and be able to take orders realistically and know what you can handle so that your customers won’t be disappointed.

We had their food delivered and it was awful. The skewer was hard and cannot be bitten into. The portions were small. The lechon was cold and hard. The portion of pancit palabok was tiny compared to the cost. I will not order from them again. The chicken adobe’s chicken was hard. There was not 1 dish that we had that was good. There are many Filipino places out there. Don’t order from them.

I felt the price per head was a great deal for the amount of things given and offered. 5 mains, 3 desserts, drinks including coffee, tea. An awesome team to help serve and make sure things are going smoothly, and MORE! I was able to sit back and enjoy the party.They really think of everything when it comes to presentation as well. The crew was friendly and a pleasure to have at the party. Looking forward to eating more good food at the restaurant until the next time I’m ready to do another catered party ?

Kid-friendliness: This is a grocery canteen so you shouldn't feel awkward at all if you bring some kids with you and set up a nice spread for them to eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: The mall it's washrooms its entrance is all wheelchair friendly.Make sure your wheelchair has a basket or spot for one if you intend on doing some grocery shopping.
