Selam restaurant is by far one of the best habesha dining experiences we’ve ever had. It’s a true gem in the city, and a reminder that exceptional service and outstanding quality still exist. Every dish we tried was cooked to perfection, full of flavour, and beautifully presented and the team made us feel truly special We can’t wait to come back!

I don't review often but felt compelled to leave this one—this is easily one of the best restaurants in the GTA, and I don't dish out accolades like that lightly. Both the vegan and meat dishes rank top-notch across the board in my opinion. Decent portion sizes as well.
Celebrated my birthday here with my family and this was hands down the funnest birthday party I've had in a while!! Delicious food, incredible hospitality and super family friendly. Felt like we were eating in someone's home! Easy to talk to each other, as it wasn't noisy.

I have loved this place for years! Recently decided to spend my birthday here and the team gave us five-star treatment! From putting up “happy birthday” on the tvs to a complimentary shot and a private area with no minimum spend - we had a great time!
