First time I didn't like the taste of my brunch! Everything tasted like it was made with in an old greasy pan. Perhaps it's coming from this place being classy and people seem to enjoy it. But it wasn't our favorite spot! Service was only okay and the venue was very old.

Different meat with different price was not being told from the waitress or on the menu. And with the vegetables (which was asked to choose one) with extra charge not clear on the menu as well. And the waitress didn’t mention it at all. The menu just look fair price but you will need to pay more than that, it’s not an honest store to go. Wouldn’t go again for sure.

Spinach is extra 3 dollars ,and meal plus 3 pieces smoke salmon is 24 as total, add up its 27 dollars before tax. Two slides of waffle, some maple syrup, some apple, some eggs, and several pieces of pickled cucumber, and three pieces of smoked salmon, and some spinach.

Cozy, charming, and full of character! Le Petit Déjeuner brings a unique Belgian twist to brunch, and it absolutely delivers. The Brussels waffles are light, fluffy perfection, and the Waffle Benny is a must-try—rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

The retro decor with vintage booths and quirky touches adds a fun, nostalgic vibe that makes the whole experience even more memorable. Service is warm and welcoming, though it can get busy on weekends—arrive early or be ready for a short wait. Totally worth it!

✨ Highly recommend the Eggs Benjamin, Liege waffles, and their surprisingly delicious paprika mayo apple salad. A true Toronto brunch treasure!

A cozy diner with super cute interiors! Sometimes it’s busy but it’s always worth the wait. Their Benny’s are amazing.

Bright little local cafe with outside eating in summer. Super friendly staff.

I had the eggs benedict with peameal bacon, potato rosti, apple slaw and it was all very tasty.

Dog friendly outside.

The food was good but the waitress had a terrible attitude. Felt like she hated our presence or people in general. 😓
Will not risk bringing people there again..

Wow! This Belgian restaurant is next level. The owner even gave me a brief history lesson about his home country—so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend! Definitely a highlight of my trip to Toronto from the States.

For those who are downtown near St Lawrence and like a more private place with good options for breakfast and brunch, this restaurant is definitely a great option.

The building is located across from George Brown College on King Street, and is home to several shops. It has a very pleasant atmosphere, with old-fashioned decorations, good and fast service, and orders also arrive very quickly.

The menu has a great variety of savory and sweet dishes, and good drink options, including alcoholic ones. The prices are not expensive and it is worth checking out.

Great service and a comfortable atmosphere, but the food quality didn’t meet expectations for the price.

Brunch portions were small and basic. There are more innovative, better value options nearby.

Sourdough Waffles were nice but pairing felt incomplete with just 1 egg , tiny bit of syrup and very little ‘apple salad’ leaving lot to be desired.
