The service and the workers here are atrocious. Wouldn't even take our orders and refused to give an explanation on why. Treat your customers better, this is absolutely ridiculous for a restaurant.

They denied us the right to order because they were too busy fulfilling another large order. Absolutely ridiculous, never seen such unprofessional service at any restaurant. I would never go back here after and I highly suggest anyone reading this to stay away from this garbage restaurant. Any other restaurant would serve customers and fulfill the order on the backend. I suspect its just the workers on shift being lazy af.

The Staff are nice and smiles all over and tried to explain the menu to us. We ordered the Cheese steak and it was big enough for 2 people. My basis is prolly not for the people who’s portions are bigger to be satisfied. They cut it for you so no mess and love all the toppings and sauces except the menu should say « sweet pickles » not just pickles. It’s personal preference as I don’t like sweet pickles.

I lost my cheese steak virginity in this place. I sat right by the window so everyone could watch. Your steaks are mouth watering I could swallow it whole with no teeth. The only suggest the mascot should have a vape and not a cigar to be more modern.

Ordered 2 poutines thru Uber eats Showed up cold not even melted curds bacon was all fat and not cooked it’s raw And even gave me the wrong sauce on it too. What a waste of 30$ Used to be a great place didnt take long to go downhill I guess
First thing … you walk into a very loud musical environment. Not a problem until you have to order through a Covid plate of plastic . The menu is already confusing and trying to order over the loud music and through the barrier added to the unpleasant experience . We were just 2 guys taking a break from a renovation project nearby so we are used to some discomforts . The biggest discomfort was the price for lunch . $75!!!!!! Next time we ll just go to Nations hotbeds for $10.99 each . We will never step into another Philly place again … no way to overcome this disappointment .

terrible service and terrible sandwich.. the guy kept rolling his eyes like i was bothering him lmao.. to top it off i asked for jalapeño jack cheese and he put that and processed white on it which was disgusting and I knew it was processed cuz they way it stuck to my teeth eww.. I hate processed with a passion nice try to slip the cheap cheese in there eh.. u know i've been coming here since they opened and their food quality.. cleanliness and customer service have gone down substantially... its sad to say but I won't be returning..
