Not impressed at all , place is messy , not very clean and staff not very helpful , they just stand there don’t ask if you need help …

Love Phipps. The best Apple rugglah in the province. Definitely the best stuff around. Highly recommend going here if you’re in the area

Just picked up Mushroom Soup. Absolutely awful. Sorry but this is my first time writing a review but it had to be said. It tastes more like a gravy of rosemary. And it;s not because i don't like rosemary use it all the time. This was absolute crap! TASTE YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU SELL IT!!!!!!!!! OR CHANGE THE RECIPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the first time I ordered a birthday cake and it was over the phone. The worker was patient, didn't rush me, and was kind enough to help me choose a cake. The cake was beautiful and delicious! Highly recommend this place!you

Ordered a birthday cake for delivery for 3:00pm and it never showed up. Tried calling the shop to ask where it was and didn’t get an answer. I had to email the shop to leave a message that the cake never showed up. I later received a call after 5:00 pm that they had the cake but I would be charged an extra fee to send it by taxi or I could come pick it up, even though I ordered it FOR DELIVERY. They clearly forgot about my order, which is fine mistakes happen, but don’t tell the customer they have to pay extra for your mistake, that’s not a solution. So in all the service was bad and unreliable.

Great, reliable baked goods but they are not equipped for the volume they serve. Despite ordering ahead to pick up as soon as they opened I had to stand in a long (really long!) line behind people still deciding what they want. Do not plan to go here if you are in a hurry, but when you’ve got time, go for it.

Cakes are amazing! The staff is very helpful with placing a custom order. Take out food is delicious. Will definitely make this delightful bakery a go to for future orders and convenient take out meals.

When I take my little one to the doctor I usually buy a challah loaf or a butter tart, and they’re always the perfect treat for a busy day! This time I ordered the Marble Galaxy cake and I was pleasantly surprised! It was so delicious! Sorry for the messy pictures but we were so excited and I forgot until the last minute lol. Thank you for the best cake ever!

We didn’t like Mac and cheese and sourdough bread, but we liked pastries.

The bakery layout can use improvement. It's awkwardly designed as there is a tiny counter that is shared between 2 cash registers.

The desserts are just past the cash registers which doesn't make a lot of sense. I wish it was beforehand.

Every time I come here it's a revolving door of staff members. They always seem to be in training and seem understaffed.

The baked goods are amazing though. Just come here with patience.
