Pho 90 offers a satisfying bowl of pho with well-balanced broth and tender noodles. The meat options are flavorful and cooked to perfection. However, while the food is delicious, the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves something to be desired. There were noticeable areas that could benefit from more attention to detail.
