I ordered from this place today and let me just say, horrible. do not eat here. they have no regard for the customer experience. i ordered a pork chop with rice and ot just really smelt bad. it had a ton of fish sauce and a weird taste, i could’ve sworn i ordered raw shrimp, because thats what it tasted like. i called them and they did not care. save your money, theres a ton of credible viet restaurants in the area

It may look nice inside but you’ll notice it’s empty. I went with a friend cause we craved Pho. We ordered each an appetizer, each a pho and each a milkshake. I’m from Afghanistan I have had Indian food and Mexican food. Spice isn’t an issue but I also understand not even can handle it. The food we got had no flavour whatsoever. I spent 40 dollars when I could have went to Wendy’s across the street for better food. Like it felt like we were eating air. I wanted to return it immediately but my friend just was uncomfortable doing that. I was thinking it’s okay the milkshake will be worth it….dude it was ice it was more similar to a slushy than a milkshake. Going here made me so depressed after. I am never coming here again and I will warn people not to go.

Ordered a pad Thai and that did not taste good. Just a lot of noodles and not much of sauce or else. Called the restaurant and they said it was not their problem, horrible customer service. They don’t know how to make pad Thai, it tasted like Chinese noodles from a food court at 3pm.
I've eaten in once and ordered pickup once. Both were very positive experiences. It's not a fine dining experience but it's solid good food that tastes fresh and the sauces taste fresh also.

This place always disappoints I’ve given it multiple chances and they still can’t get things right mind you I order the same thing and all of the people there who work there it’s always the same rotating staff should recognize or should care to recognize returning customers but they don’t and could careless if you return they ALWAYYYS MESS MY ORDER UP I’m sick and tired of it There are way better pho spots within the area but this will be my last straw with them. Only reason I even bother with you guys is cause you’re down the street but the customer service is terrible, portions are terrible, they always mess the order up, no attention or love for returning customers. Prices don’t make sense at all for the portion but it’s typical pho scam thinking the food they make cost an arm and a leg.

This is the worst Pho I've ever had. I ordered the Beef Lemongrass on rice. The beef was tasteless and grey and the rice was a congealed glutenous ball which was obviously cooked much earlier in the day. My friend ordered the chicken vermicelli which was equally tasteless in addition to the chicken being dry and seriously overcooked. The noodles were also dry so they had also obviously been cooked much earlier and left out. Not fresh at all. Wanted to grab a beer with the meal but found out they were out of all but two beers. Our server couldn't care less. Clearly there is no love or passion here. The place also feels run down. Try any number of the other pho places in the area for a decent experience.
