This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to I waited 30 minutes for two plates of in an empty restaurant when I received my phone the broth was extremely bland no criminal. It was just pure spice. I saw soap bubbles in my phone. One of my pho tasted like rotten fish. The workers were very rude to me.

This was one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to. I came in, the worker barely acknowledged me, he pointed where to sit to. Me and my girlfriend sat down, we were brought water and a platter of greens. Everything was going well. The place looked nice. We ordered 2 beef pho and sticky rice. We waited 30 minutes in a bare restaurant, we finally received our food with the waiter not acknowledging us at all and just throwing the food on the table. Instantly my nose was met with a foul odor of rotten fish and barf. My platter which was ordered in small, was large and instead of beef pho I received some sort of fishy soup. It tasted just like it smelled. I tried to get my moneys worth but I couldn’t take it and left it, my girlfriend smelled it and almost barfed, she turned green. I decided to eat the actual beef pho with my girlfriend, the beef had barely any taste, the broth was greasy and tasteless with the consistency of water. It was spicy with no other taste. I then asked the waiter for water and was ignored. The fish smell stayed in my nose and somehow my clothes got 30 extra minutes. The workers then didn’t even offer a tip as they knew their service and food was that bad. This place is not family run and is a chain. Worst restaurant ever

Im convinced the 5 star reviews are all bots, or people who got a free desert. The service was terrible, as the waiters seemed like they couldn't care less, but what really stuck out to me was the food. We waited 30 minutes for our food, but were given the wrong order, something we only realized after we left as we got takeout. The food was bad. The service was bad. And now I have $40 less dollars in my pocket, spent on uneaten pho.
The waiters were very mean and rude. I ordered chicken and beef and I received fish and chicken and only spice the fish was terrible it tasted rotten I payed 40$ for nothing

We have ordered late night many times through Uber eats and it has always been exceptional! I don't understand the negative reviews... They always respect and accomodate any requests we have. Please, stop leaving bad reviews, it's so incredible to have this open late in the neighbourhood! 💜✨

I ordered Pho Do Bien, rice noodles with seafood. It came with a lot of noodles , but just 2 Shrimps, 2 squids, 2 fish balls, and 2 crab sticks. Ridiculous the amount of seafood ! A very mediocre dish. So, so disappointing!
