The difference between Vietnamese beef noodle soup size S and M is $1 and plain noodle, but the meats are same.

I tried the pho today and it was honestly very disappointing. The beef tasted bad and had a noticeable smell, which completely ruined the dish. The meatballs and vegetables didn’t help either – everything just felt off in both flavor and freshness. I was expecting a warm, comforting bowl of pho, but this was far from it. Definitely not something I’d order again.

I have been to a plethora of pho restaurants downtown. Pho Pasteur is not the best but is great at the pho and broken rice. They give the most amount of meat in their Pho when I compare to other pho restaurants.

Compared to golden turtle or other pho places nearby, Pho Pasteur has better broth and almost double the meat for the same portions. This spot is also 24 hours and honestly I come here more often than I should for the convenience. I say don't knock it until you try it.

Too expensive, it’s the most expensive PHO in Toronto, I ordered one special noodle large and one spring rolls, costed me about $50

The food is quite exceptional. That is providing they have your order ( after placing my order of numerous items which included chicken wings and paying for it plus a tip, which was asked for as I was counting out the cost of my take-out order, I was informed nearly 10 minutes into the expected 15 minute wait that they had no chicken wings and would I be agreeable to chicken balls instead! No wonder she asked for the tip up front!

I’ve been to Chinatown with friends countless times but never tried this spot until now finally gave it a go after so many years! Prices are reasonable for the quality, though portions are a bit smaller compared to other places (still decent overall). The spring rolls were really good, and the best part? They’re open 24 hours!

Its open 24/7 so it’s quite nice for a late night’s craving. The pho here is okay, could be better, but the bun bo hue is really good! Great service, quiet atmosphere.
