I have been going here for years! The quality of the food was always excellent and consistent. Unfortunately today was not the same by far. The beef was dry, the vermicelli noodles overcooked and it was completely tasteless. I wonder if they have a different chef? All together disappointing

Of all downtown pho spots, I gotta say Golden Turtle wins it for me. From, Vegetarian friendly options that are carefully made everytime (gf always finds meat bits at other places) to crispy and yummy spring rolls… golden turtle got me coming back since 2016!
