$12.75 #25. Skimped on the chicken and beef, mostly broth and noodle. Good overall 6.5/10

$13.50 #37. Light dish though largely portioned, delicious, various flavours and vibrantly coloured. 9/10

$5.25 soursop fruit milkshake (recommended by server lady to try) good, a little too sweet but creamy delectable 7/10.

+13% tax = $35.59
She charged me $43.50 (+$7.40 overcharge) and haggled an extra 11% tip to the overcharge (which I obliged)

Total: 47.85

I understand that sometimes businesses are struggling and some corners have to be cut in order to keep the doors open. I get it, running a restaurant is hard work. However, these little overcharges (I've read other stories in the reviews) is just leeching.

It's disgusting behaviour, and unprofessional at minimum. I have to share this with friends & family, (including you reading this) because this place is now "that store" for me. I won't fight the 11 bucks, it's unnecessary. If you need it, you need it. Hopefully what you stole from me can be used to buy some extra herbs for a dish, spend less on cleaning products for the month, or help with decorations for a catering event. If the $11 can do anything positive to help your restaurant, I'll be generally content.

I wish you the best of luck with your future endeavours. I will no longer patronize your restaurant.

Super good price, tasty broth, well cooked noodles, good portions.
The owner lady was very friendly.
Pho- I wish the soup was hotter in temperature.
The fish sauce for the spring rolls was a bit bland/ tasteless.
Other than that it was a very good Saturday lunch meal!

She is charging GST and HST plus she never put the price beside the receipts .. she only accepts cash..
I usually go there the soup it’s not amazing.. but it’s ok. So I went there with my daughter and this lady every time I check my receipts she charges more and she only accepts cash.. I actually checked how much I was gonna pay for what I order considering restaurants are not supposed to to charge HST gst for the season and when I checked my receipt she didn’t write down the prices she just put a total .. adding $9 extra

Not sure how this place has such high reviews. Got crispy spring roll, special pho and bun rieu. Food was average at best and nowhere near typical Viet places.

Bad service, no tea provided (I’ve never been to a viet restaurant that hasn’t served tea). My bill was supposed to be around $38 and it somehow got rounded up to $40. Then there was an additional $1 charge she added on top for paying with debit.

If you know anything about Viet food avoid this place. You’re gonna be very disappointed.

We visited Pho Rang Dong for the first time and had a mixed experience. I ordered the fresh rice paper rolls and the everything mixed stir-fried egg noodles, while my husband tried the Bun Rieu Vermicelli noodle soup.

The atmosphere was what you’d expect from a typical pho restaurant, nothing fancy, but comfortable. There was only one server working, and she was sweet enough to give us a children’s bowl for our toddler, which was a nice touch.

However, after we received our food, there was no follow-up. We weren’t offered tea, water, or any drinks, which left us a bit disappointed in the service.

The food itself was okay. The fresh rice paper rolls were on the smaller side for $3 each, and the rice paper seemed different from other places as it remained clear. My stir-fried egg noodles were decent, though the meat was tough, and there were quite a few large celery chunks, which felt overwhelming. My husband’s Bun Rieu was flavorful but missing some advertised ingredients like crab meat and shrimp.

Overall, it was a neutral experience for us. The food was decent, but there were areas that could be improved, both in terms of service and portion sizes.

I have been a regular visitor to this Pho place, everything they have is so good. So quick in providing the orders. The only thing that they have limited working hours.

I believe she is an original Vietnamese girl who left the war zone. GOD Bless you. You inherited the essence of cooking your native pho & share with Canadian @ St.Clair & Duffrin. I came a few times a week , I want you to know that your cooking is ?. Suggestion: Dine in because take out taste NOT the same , trust me. Get there , enjoy a meal , this restaurant deserves our support. Incredible to mention ? how Italian neighborhood welcomes Vietnamese pho restaurant ? ? .I sincerely suggest the woman to put a name tag, no need to spend $ to make one, just a sticker, WHY ? You will be surprised ? how that "name tag" becomes an icebreaker. I realized that you run the whole restaurant with just the ?‍?. Please engage some sort of dialog with your eaters. You have a BORN sincere face, go grow your restaurant, strike up simple dialog focus on * food* We , Canadian loves ❤️ that " touch" . That makes your business goes ? ?..
