She is charging GST and HST plus she never put the price beside the receipts .. she only accepts cash..
I usually go there the soup it’s not amazing.. but it’s ok. So I went there with my daughter and this lady every time I check my receipts she charges more and she only accepts cash.. I actually checked how much I was gonna pay for what I order considering restaurants are not supposed to to charge HST gst for the season and when I checked my receipt she didn’t...

We visited Pho Rang Dong for the first time and had a mixed experience. I ordered the fresh rice paper rolls and the everything mixed stir-fried egg noodles, while my husband tried the Bun Rieu Vermicelli noodle soup.

The atmosphere was what you’d expect from a typical pho restaurant, nothing fancy, but comfortable. There was only one server working, and she was sweet enough to give us a children’s bowl for our toddler, which was a nice touch.
