Server was very rude and unprofessional. Please train your servers to be more customer service oriented.

The pho broth is really good! Pretty outstanding among the many pho stores in Toronto!

Food quality was not good and bad customer service. The girl put the food and knife on the other side of table instead of in front of us, and we need to reach for it. They should learn how to treat customers better. No smile or respons when we say THANK YOU when she gave us the foods.

This is one of my favourite pho spots in the city. The pho is always delicious and the owner is the kindest. 10/10 recommend it to everyone.

A must visit place in Toronto with an incredible mango salad with shrimp, that is exceptionally fresh with a very refined taste!

The pho is tasty but none of the other dishes are good. The waitress is very rude, impolite and impatient with customers, terrible service.

Pho is easily my favourite food. Every time I go to a new city, I find the pho restaurants. I’ve had fancy pho, cheap pho, pho on the side of the road in Ho Chi Minh City… and without a doubt, this place is the best. The broth is incredible. It’s very consistent. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

I love Pho and eat at many great Vietnamese restaurants across Toronto, so I decided to try this place in my new neighborhood. What a mistake—this was hands down the worst food and service experience I’ve had in a long time.

Terrible Food Quality
• I asked for red peppers and a pair of scissors to cut them (a request I usually make at similar restaurants). They never brought the scissors.
• Instead, they lazily chopped a red pepper in half and handed it to me, along with some very wilted basil.
• The dish itself was disgusting. After just a few bites, I had to stop eating because it was so bad.

Horrible, Rude Service
• Trying to keep my day positive, I chose not to complain and simply went up to pay.
• That’s when the staff berated me, saying I should have just “looked past” the missing scissors, the half-cut pepper, and the wilted basil.
• The couple running the place seemed absolutely miserable and took their attitude out on customers.

Treated Differently for No Reason
• On top of everything, they made prejudiced remarks about me. One of them even said they “knew there was a problem the moment I walked in the door.”
• I was judged not by my order, but by my appearance—something no customer should have to experience in a city as diverse as Toronto.

Save Your Money – Find Another Restaurant
• Toronto has incredible Pho spots that treat customers with respect—this is not one of them.
• Save your money and go somewhere that values good food and good service.
• Most of all, don’t support a restaurant that clearly caters its service based on how someone looks.

**Don’t believe his response—nothing he said was true. This is a terrible establishment based on my experience. I gave honest feedback in-store and chose not to leave a bad review, but you all are truly nuts. Leaving this review feels like the right thing to do. Good luck
