Pho T&T Express (High Park)

The service here is really bad. I’ve been a couple of times and the woman is always rude and not personable. The service is always very slow even though I have always been the only person there
I only went a second time out of convenience. The pho is mediocre. It is mostly noodles with a very small amount of meat.
I have also had the fresh rolls and they were mainly filled with lettuce which was wilting

This is my go-to spot in the neighbourhood. I have never dined in, I call ahead to order takeout. Service is speedy and they’ve always been polite. I personally don’t love bean sprouts (but I hate food waste!), and they’re kind enough to give me only basil and lime in the lil bag of condiments for my pho.

The staff that day seemed either a bit overwhelmed or not very focused.I ordered a drink, but they only brought it after I reminded them.Their attitude felt somewhat cold and not very friendly.
They weren’t rude, but the overall interaction definitely didn’t make me want to come back.

Omg!! I don’t think I’ve ever been to ANY restaurant with such a rude angry waiter!! She was rude and angry from the moment we walked in!! She was least helpful in finding vegetarian options with protein. Angry and rude with every query! Maybe a cultural thing.. but reeked of racism tbh as my friend and I are asians too. Their vege pho has no Tofu in it at all!! We decide to leave in the end and this is the video I took of her losing it while kicking us out!!

Food quality was not good and bad customer service. The girl put the food and knife on the other side of table instead of in front of us, and we need to reach for it. They should learn how to treat customers better. No smile or respons when we say THANK YOU when she gave us the foods.
