When you buy Pho and you say you want it spicy they charge you extra $2 saying it is "different soup"!? Scammers.
Also, server was pretending not to notice me for about 10 minutes after I made a selection.

Your restaurant in yonge and steeles is incredibly sucks, I saw server reuse the tea and bean sprouts for customers, and the pan-fried dumpling is changed to deep-fried and taste awful. Are you change the owner or management team?
If still like this I won't come again.
