Gluten Free Margherita
Our gluten free dough has no gluten in. We hired a master chef to work with us on the gluten free recipe and process. We use a dedicated mixer for gluten free dough. We use rice flour to open and stretch both our regular and gluten free dough. Great service and delicious pizzas at the Liberty Village location. If you don't want to be overwhelmed by the heaviness of a typical pizza, Pi Co is a nice choice. Neapolitan style and made quickly, it's an easy option when you're on the go.

I honestly really enjoy the the thin crust style of the pizza here. We had the Margherita Pizza and it was pretty good. I would have loved a little bit more fresh basil. I also think for the price that it should come with a dipping sauce.
But overall it’s good pizza at a decent price.

Delicious. Got margherita pizza but jeez the dough was a little too thing. Price is not the best either. $14 for cheese or margherita (11 inch) or $18 with unlimited topping. You might as well go to north of brooklyn pizza
