Gluten Free Margherita
Our gluten free dough has no gluten in. We hired a master chef to work with us on the gluten free recipe and process. We use a dedicated mixer for gluten free dough. We use rice flour to open and stretch both our regular and gluten free dough. Love this place. It was the perfect addition to the liberty village section of restaurants. The food is always fresh and delicious and the prices are extremely reasonable. Also, my favourite salad bar of all time. Definitely the best go to place for pizza and salad.

Amazing dine-in experience with the “craft your own pizza” option! Raquel is one of the most fantastic people I’ve met — she was so patient while we chose our toppings and gave great suggestions to make our pizza extra special. Her warm hospitality made the experience even better, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍕

The Margherita pizza was amazing — sweet marinara, salty mozzarella, fresh basil, and great flavour. Their Caesar dipping sauce was super yummy and the cookies were delicious too. I’d definitely come back!
