I was dining at Pico Pizza recently and witnessed a situation where a group of young boys gave the server a really hard time over a slightly burnt pizza. I overheard the server politely asking the customer if it was okay before serving it, and the customer clearly said it was fine. Only after that, another person from the same group started demanding compensation and being rude to the server. Hats off to the server !!! He handled it really well. i felt bad for the server. I don’t know whether i needed to post this or not but hope this helps that poor server.
Came here willing to try it out for the first time, wanted to experience it, atmosphere looked nice but the pizza was terrible, I struggled to eat it, was burnt and tasted like charcoal. I spoke to the worker about it and he refused to offer me anything to compensate for it. Terrible service and terrible food, wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! Not worth the hype.

Saw their advertisement of the wings, went in to get the 10 pcs for $17 plus taxes. Not cheap at all. Asked the girl to make sure it’s not charred. She promised it won’t be. Came out totally burned. But she said it’s the sauce. How ridiculous it is?! Had to got rid of the charred parts to eat the rest of the meat. Horrible experience! Won’t go back!

Falsely marked the doordash order ready even though they didn’t even start making it, and the restaurant was empty no customers the asian lady was just scrolling through her social media feed, had to wait over 10 minutes over the scheduled pickup time. Affected my account negatively because of their lies
