Refused to make delivery orders while people were in the store, but marked order as ready. DoorDash driver waited 45 minutes in the store for the order, I received order 30 minutes after expected delivery time and it was ice cold. I understand needing to priority in-store customers, but delivery customers have prepaid and are planning for their order. Stop taking delivery orders if you’re too busy in store to handle both.

Great dough and great toppings (although they can add some stuff here and there to shake things up a little). What more can you ask for honestly? The staff is also great, 100% recommended.

Unfortunately, the quality of the pizza has dropped a lot and this time it had almost no taste. I ordered through Uber using the buy one get one free deal. The salad portion was very small and it barely had any dressing. I’ve ordered from here before and it was good, but this time it was really disappointing. Considering the higher prices, customers deserve better quality.

I order a lot from this location. A couple of months ago I would have rated it a 4, but the quality has degraded significantly. The pizza is sloppily made, the toppings are suddenly sparse and the staff always seem grumpy. There is also a load of pigeon shit on the windows and you have to walk through more pigeon shit to enter. I am hoping this negative review will prompt the owner to remedy this situation and retrain the staff. It is very convenient but I will likely stop going if things remain like this.

Guys who work there don’t understand how a lineup works. If you take my order while someone is in the washroom, the person who is in the washroom should not be able to come out and order after me but get his pizza first.

I was really craving a real pizza after the poor ones I’ve had over the weekend. Pi Co definitely delivered on meeting my expectations on a high quality pizza with a thin chewy crust with the perfect amount of toppings to match the pie. Our order was taken and quickly prepared and fired in the pizza oven. There was ample seating, but I wouldn’t recommend the bench along the windows.

The goat cheese on the Yorkville pizza is a must-try! We paired it with Margarita pizza to add a bit of freshness to the creaminess, and it worked so well. Thin crust, fresh basil, best snack to have in the area.
