I was really craving a real pizza after the poor ones I’ve had over the weekend. Pi Co definitely delivered on meeting my expectations on a high quality pizza with a thin chewy crust with the perfect amount of toppings to match the pie. Our order was taken and quickly prepared and fired in the pizza oven. There was ample seating, but I wouldn’t recommend the bench along the windows.

The goat cheese on the Yorkville pizza is a must-try! We paired it with Margarita pizza to add a bit of freshness to the creaminess, and it worked so well. Thin crust, fresh basil, best snack to have in the area.

I am gluten and lactose intolerant and the pizza I had was the best gluten free crust I have ever had! Excellent service and food, highly recommend! I hope you open a place in Calgary!
