The last two times I bought a pizza, it was burnt on the bottom. Two years before we enjoyed the pizza and everything was great. Please bring back the quality of pizza as it was before

Solid option for lunch. Tasty and good flavour combos. They do have some char on the pizza and bottom, but I like it that way. Crispy on the outside but the middle of the slices are not as crispy as they should be with this amount of char.

Placed an order on Uber for one large salad. And it wasn’t a big order. The delivery person told me to call the restaurant because he has been waiting there for 20 mins and the employee didn’t answer how long it will take and told him she was busy.
This has never happened when I went in person. Service has always been friendly & great.
This is not the service I was expecting and especially as a customer myself had to contact the restaurant as they didn’t respond to the delivery person.
Moreover, it is missing the 2nd protein! It usually takes 20 mins to deliver, today, it took double the time.

I tried to place an order online while placing my order the system crashed. I tried calling several times no one answered. After having to walk over to find out my order did not go through. I ended up going somewhere else.
I hate giant chunks of tomato in the pizza sauce. For that, this place makes the worst pizza I have ever had, not in taste, but in texture.
There were so many tomato chunks, I may as well have asked for a pepperoni and tomato pizza, because they were a topping all on their own.
I suppose some people enjoy that, but it's not for me. I tried it, didn't like it, I won't be returning.
The employee who made my pizza was nice, though. I don't fault her at all.

I recently ordered a Margherita pizza during a buy one, get one offer, and it was one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. The dough was burned on the bottom, resulting in a bitter taste that overpowered any other flavors. Additionally, the pizza arrived cold, making it even less enjoyable.
The overall taste was incredibly disappointing—bland and unappetizing. Despite the appealing offer, the quality of the pizza was so poor that it ruined the meal.
I am highly dissatisfied and will not be ordering from this place again. It was a truly pathetic experience.

In my opinion this place is perfect for everyone. It is probably the best pizza place I’ve been so far in Toronto. Half of my family is also gluten free so we were really lucky that the place had the option. The employees there were so nice that they cleaned the whole counter just to be careful to not mix the normal flour with the gluten free one. The pizza was cooked really well and they are really fast with the process. I think this place was amazing and hope to come here again when I come back to Toronto.

Great value for its price. The place is clean and atmosphere is very pleasant. San marzano tomatoes on the pizza sauce makes it taste outstanding. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.
