Surprisingly not what I thought. First time there went in not long ago. First you come in and the customer service is 0. Non existent. They hate their customers. The pizzas are small. They lack in cleanliness, ovens look dirty like they haven’t been cleaned. They lack in ingredient quality and quantity both. The lettuce looked soggy and wilted. I saw them make a salad and they literally filled it half way and most of the ingredients looked soggy. My Margherita pizza had 1 cheese ball on the entire pizza broken into tiny pieces. When I asked for another one, they told me no they can’t as corporate doesn’t allow them. Dry, plain, and lacking. Basil was extra crispy and dry. Why are they cooking basil? I understand there trying to make it “Italian” but Italian doesn’t put basil in the oven. The Italians also have good customer service and a great attitude and satisfy their customers. I prefer to the local Pizza e Pazzi nearby. My go to.
Vegetarian options: Salads but their lettuce is soggy.

I ordered multiple pizzas through uber eats and received burned pizzas with mold. This is the worst restaurant by far with no concerns about food safety.

A nice box full of oil... it had so much oil that even the chain on my bicycle started working again. It could power an small island or do many change oil on a truck.

I ordered a custom large salad on Ubereats with 2 proteins. As you can see ....neither were included and most of the vegetables I asked for were also not included or very stingy portions. I've order in person and not had this problem, but avoid this chain/location in general as they clearly don't care anout their customers.

The best Pizza on St. Clair. It's Clair that there's no other pizza like it. Especially the service from the young gentleman. The employees are so knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend the Brighton.
Their gluten free crust and vegan cheese is the BEST in the city. Their St Clair West location has a beautiful and open space with great music and lovely staff. Mehdi served me with a smile and he was super kind. Will definitely be coming back!!
Vegetarian options: Not vegetarian, but their vegan cheese is the best I've ever had. Melts and tastes like the real thing!!
