The service was just ok. Got seated and wasn't told about specials or options. The menu sucks. Looks like a high school weekly paper from the 90s. They ran out of the Italian wine I ordered and I had to switch to a random Ontario replacement. Food was ok! I felt rushed (not because they had another seating, but because the staff wanted to go home early on a weeknight ‍ I had high hopes for this place! Maybe one of their other locations? Nah, I'm good!

Incredible food and service! The calamari, whipped ricotta, ravioli and carbonara are to die for. Service was also amazing at this location — staff are very friendly and helpful and food/drinks came fast. We also got a very last minute reservation. Constantly craving this place!!! 10/10 highly recommend for the food & vibes!!!

It was a fancy place to eat dinner. Everything was fine. It was little bit expensive.

We went to the Eglinton location with my friends, we asked for 2 entrees; calamari, that was tasteless and extra oily, the other entree was croquettes and were plain as well, no flavour at all. We had 3 different pizzas, they were ok but nothing special. The service tho was really good, the server was friendly and fast. The place was nice and the vibes were romantic. I would go back for drinks and maybe a dessert but not for dinner

Piano Piano offers a fantastic dining experience. The quaint ambiance sets the stage for a memorable meal, complemented by excellent service. The pizzas, with its light and airy dough, such as the Honey Hornet and Cacio e Carne, were both delicious. The clams were a delightful surprise, and the egg yolk ravioli showcased perfection in pasta preparation. Altogether, Piano Piano provided a top-notch dining experience, and we're eagerly anticipating our next visit.

Piano Piano Mount Pleasant worst service ever. Family birthday dinner booked well in advance and even called day before to remind and arrange cake. Never called me back. Advised hostess when arrived about cake and no cake. Had to leave table 4 times to speak with servers and manger and still no birthday cake. Sitting about 30 minutes waiting and ready to give up and go home when cake finally arrives but no plates to serve anyone. Manger was dismissive and sitting at bar playing on his laptop. Did not even turn around to apologize as we finally left. Food very salty and oily as seen in other reviews. Way better Italian restaurant choices and much better service in Neighbourhood.

Great atmosphere, good service. But food is honestly mediocre if not, worst. The pizzas are good but the eggplant fritti was meh. There time limits on the tables so you don’t really get to be “piano piano” since things feel a bit rushed.

Lunch special for $36 is great value. Proscuitto crudo, Caesar salad, alla vodka pasta, mushroom pasta and Nutella tiramisu were all hits!

Got a tiramisu to go and it looks like someone has already eaten it. Disappointed and gross.

This eatery in the charming Mount Pleasant neighborhood offers a cozy ambiance that I enjoyed. However, I found the portion size a bit small for the price.

I went here for the first time for date night and our experience was amazing from start to finish. The hostess was lovely and our server, Ariel, greeted us promptly and was very kind and knowledgeable. She was very prompt with our drink order and we never had to sit with an empty drink. The food came quickly and was delicious from appetizers to desserts. Coming for the service industry myself I would highly recommend this restaurant and if you want a full dining experience I would definitely ask for Ariel!
