Such a hidden gem in Kensington market. They are located inside the Latin market and is the second shop on the left.
I tried their baja fish tacos, shrimp tacos, pork tacos and chicken tacos and my favourite were the baja fish ones. They make everything fresh right in front of you - even frying the veggies.
The fries with pork belly were also good - loaded with cheese as well!
I also tried Jamaican water here for the first time thanks to their recommendation. This was such an interesting yet refreshing drink. Would highly recommend to those who haven’t tried it.
Their service is amazing and the vibe inside is great on the weekends! They had people playing local music and that was such a nice touch.
Be mindful that they don’t have seating area - there are a few tables right towards the end of this Latin market but it could only probably fit 10 people at once.

Had the pork, beef and chicken tacos here - absolutely delicious. Even for large group order, everything was impeccable - even the chips! Succulent flavors, salsa & sauces, fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection. Will definitely be getting in future and would recommend for some delicious eats!

While it's tucked away in an unassuming storefront in Kensington Market, this place has the best burritos I've had in the city. No question about it. Food and chips are always good - the spicy sauce they put on the side is fantastic. Only problem is it can get crowded in there (as is any place in the Market)

Worst Mexican fries I have ever had in Toronto. I ordered via Uber and they didn’t even add cheese which is a basic ingredient of Mexican fries. Fries were super saggy and not fresh. Very disappointing

Was passing through Kensington yesterday on my way to a book launch and stopped by to quickly pick up a vegetarian torta with tofu from this spot and it was so good. Absolutely incredible flavours. Reminded me of my visit to Mexico City a few years ago. This spot used to be called Pico de Gallo with a cult following of sorts I’ve been told, but rebranded recently. Hope to return soon and also looking forward to also try some other interesting spots at the Latin American food court at 214 Augusta.

Yesterday, a friend brought me a torta from this place to St. Catharines. When I ate it, I was surprised to find it had some metal pieces from the dishcloth. I managed to spit them out, but I was almost done with the torta, and I hope I didn't ingest any pieces I wouldn't feel. Otherwise, they'll have a visit from a lawyer and city officials this week. The hygiene they maintain at this place is incredible, for them not to notice a mistake of that magnitude.
tasty tacos! i got the lengua, tripa, and chicharron and they were all perfectly cooked! great portion size and everything is very fresh. there are many meat fillings to choose from and my selections did not have any ‘meaty’ taste that you might get from them sometimes.
would order again! the owner is very kind and friendly and brought us our food to our table :)
