Very good burger, but it seems that CRAFT might not be getting the orders or the staff isn’t aware of Pigot’s working out of their kitchen. Took almost an hour to get my burger.

Ordered burger inside CRAFT restaurant, on their website as they told me they don’t take in store orders, ok no problem. Ordered at 4:30 PM on a Tuesday, restaurant was nearly empty, not busy. Approximate wait time was estimated 15 minutes. 20 minutes pass, I’m trying to ask the host to follow up, my request gets ignored. Finally 40 minutes later at 5:10, they deliver me not even a room temperature burger, but a cold one that was likely left on the counter for much longer than it should’ve been. Had a below subpar burger that wasn’t much better than a McDonald’s Big Mac, given their premium pricing. That’s actually an insult to McDonald’s. A McDonald’s Big Mac would’ve even been better. Didn’t even leave napkins in the takeout bag. 0 for customer service, 0 for food quality.

This is inside the Craft Brewery Restaurant made by the regular kitchen staff. Well made. Check you mood for sweet, process cheese, and iceberg lettuce, then why not. Take out only. Order taken by the front of house staff.

Order ahead and pick up. If you order on site it will take a while. It’s located inside another restaurant so it’s confusing to find.

Do not pick up through " skip the dishes" .Appearntly there is no phone number and no open door you have to guess to pick up from a random store in the street!!!I paid 30$ and recieved nothing.

One of the best burgers in the city! The meat is fresh, cooked medium just how I like it. Pigot’s secret sauce is phenomenal (I always get a few extras on the side).Try their PBC Heartbreak Chef burger. It’s a collab between Chef Pigot and the Heartbreak Chef. Excellent flavours and my personal favorite!

This Calgary pop-up landed in Toronto earlier this year, and has a takeout and pick up kitchen operating out of Craft Beer Market. Pigot's Burger Club, named after chef/owner, Chef Mike Pigot, doesn't serve the type of burger that comes on an artisan bun, piled high with useless condiments. This burger reminds us that burgers done right don't need to be fancy. From the flavour of the freshly ground Beretta beef to the melted American cheese to the simple yet satisfying toasted potato roll, it pleases in all the right ways. Burger-loving fans can order plain burgers, cheeseburgers, bacon cheeseburgers - with single, double or triple patties. For vegetarians, there's also an Impossible burger stacked with savoury mushrooms. As for sides, the Dirty Tots put hand-cut fries to shame. This comforting dish contains a base layer of golden tater tots topped with American cheese, brown sugar onions, tomatoes, and jalapeno. Whether you have a burger or Dirty Tots, both deserve a smothering of Pigot's Secret Sauce.

The bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms - it was everything I had hoped for in a burger. It was rich, flavourful, but not dripping wet. The dirty tots were perfectly crunchy and brought feelings of nostalgia. I think 2 slices of kraft singles per patty is a bit of an overkill - it did overpower the burger slightly and left me feeling immobilized the rest of the afternoon. Will definitely be going back but will ask them to just put a single slice of cheese.

I honestly didn't like the burger. I ordered a triple cheeseburger because it's a Friday night and why not. All I tasted was processed cheese and sauce, I couldn't even taste the beef. The beef patties were pretty thin. Burger was overall very greasy and saucy, buns were nothing special. The tots were also only okay, crispy but very salty. I felt the whole meal was mediocre, I wasn't full in the end. I spent $24+tip which isn't cheap.
