Their rotating selection keeps things exciting, with a wide variety of flavors to try throughout the year. Their customer support is also fantastic - always helpful and responsive. If you're a coffee fan, this location is worth checking out! They have SO MUCH 'on tap' and whenever I've asked, staff has been more than happy to oblige all my questions. You can get more uncommon Pilot coffees and they will grind what you buy for you to take home, too. Very cute and cozy environment, and the little alleyway it's in feels like a precious hidden secret out of Brooklyn NYC, lol. Love sitting here in the summer with the lush foliage all around!

There is NO wifi. Great coffee, good service but not a great spot to work or study if you need connectivity. Seems like a silly oversight in an otherwise lovely spot.

I stopped by at this local coffee shop. I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased a latte and it was delicious. I wish they sold some pastries to go along with the coffee. I will definitely recommend this shop and support local businesses.

Great coffee. Constantly on point. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good diverse range of coffee bean on offer. Location is on a side street and could be missed but this adds to the vibe. It’s as if you have found your own little coffee oasis. Highly recommended.

Ordering Matcha latte from those coffee places is more often a miss than a hit. Unfortunately not great matcha latte here, not the worst either...
Our barista started my experience off so good! But honestly the hype is real. The quality of the coffee is off the charts I had to get a grounded bag to take home!

I order, for home delivery, Pilot Coffee whole bean Heritage blend. My order was mixed up and I received the ground blend. The mix up could have been yours truly; nevertheless, an order of whole beans Heritage blend arrived the next day. I love the coffee, and add to that Pilots customer service!

I have been ordering from Pilot for almost 4 years. Last Monday they had a sale and I ordered several bags of coffee. As I placed the order at night, I will assume this will be considered an order for the next day (which is reasonable). I have never given any issues about their shipping delays but just FYI during sales their shipping is not great and could take up to 6-7 Business Days to be received. I placed an order during their sale (unfortunately) and it is now 8 days (6 business days) and no coffee has showed up yet! I also read some reviews about the coffee been a bit over roasted and I have to agree on this with some specific bags.
